Great dojo and community - everyone is very friendly and the teachers are excellent. They are welcoming of all martial arts and fitness levels, and the teachers meet you where you're at.

I have only attended 2 classes so far but I really like it. Instructors are very professional and put lots of effort to help everybody to learn as quickly as possible. People in a group are also nice and very friendly. I definitely recommend this school!

The staff here is amazing and they cater to all levels of experience and styles of learning with their group classes!I love the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere while at the same time getting the encouragement to push yourself to expand your limits and boundaries.On top of getting a killer workout and getting to practice basic and complex moves, each group class ends with a practical Kendo portion that teaches you practical skills that can help protect yourself and others in real life situations.The price for the membership is very affordable and they have several options to accommodate different levels of commitment. It also helps that the group classes are at 5pm or 7pm during the week so that you can fit them after your workday. This also includes monthly instructed sparring sessions to put your skills to practice and drop in access to training equipment.After attending nearly every weekday for a month I feel like it is my home away from home. Can't wait to start another month of good training!Thank you all of you guys <3

Great studio! Excellent teachers and atmosphere. All ages and abilities are welcome. My 8 yr old is thoroughly enjoying private lessons in self defence and wants to learn it all! We've sat and watched the last class before our lesson and they are having fun but working HARD! I have and will continue to recommend Victoria Professional Self Defence to anyone that asks where we go to learn.

I started going for fitness, and now I’m working on my yellow belt. Really supportive and friendly atmosphere. I enjoy the lessons, and everyone…instructors and students ahead of me with skills… is great with feedback to help me improve my self defence skills! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing and passionate instructors. Dave and Jacoby are great teachers - I’ve learned a lot and always have fun in their class. The deals are great for the amount of knowledge you gain.
