I have been seeing Emily for over a year now, and the new space on Sherbrook is great. It's is beautiful and very welcoming, has ample parking, and is always clean. Emily is knowledgeable, gives great massages, always listens to my cues, and provides me with feedback for stretching and strengthening at home. I also love the online system for booking, which makes it so easy to book or reschedule my appointments. I highly recommend IEmZen Family Massage!

Emily was fantastic. She listened to what my issues were and tailored the massage accordingly. She adjusted pressure/position/etc along the way to make sure I was comfortable. I can't speak for Ian's massages, but he gave me a warm welcome upon my arrival. Great experience overall. I have already booked my next appointment!

Emily is super knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable! She takes the time ask you what you want out of your appointment or what you want her to focus on. I have never felt more comfortable with a massage therapist than I do with her. I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed and leave feeling fantastic!

Had a super excellent deep tissue massage with Ian this week and it was perfect; I like a lot of pressure and he was really amazing at figuring out how to fix my neck/back problems. They offer 30 minute - 2hr massages in 15 minute increments; it's nice to have those kinds of options. They also direct bill for insurance which is very convenient. 10/10, already booked my next appointment, do recommend.

Excellent service at a very friendly family owned massage place! They direct bill to your insurance and offer 2 hour massages which are hard to find ones who direct bill! I went to Ian the co-owner who was very kind knowledgeable. They also have a small parking lot and parking is easy to find on the street nearby as well. Do yourself a favour and book an appointment, your muscles will thank you! Will definitely be going again!

Just had a massage with Emily for the first time, what a great experience! Super friendly and thoughtful, she offered me water twice and kept checking in on my temperature throughout the appointment. Conversation was fun and easy. She explained what she was doing to me and why as well as the parts of the body she was targeting. The business was clean and pretty and relaxing. Emily gave me some stretches to try at home for my chronic pain. Overall a fantastic experience and I will definitely be a returning client!

Been looking for a massage therapist that is close by. Found IEmZen which is just a few walks away from home and have been regularly going in the last 3 months. It is always difficult to take your clothes off when you don't have a great-looking body, and have another person see and more so massage it, but I have never felt uncomfortable at this place. Ian has been great. I always like the pressure he puts on my massages. I always look forward to my appointments and have now booked another one for April. This place is highly recommended.

Emily is the best one that I found after 3 years going around a lot of places with different people. She is skillful, knowledgeable, conscientious and really friendly. I have a neck and shoulder pain badly, Emily did a good job on it and also gave me some exercises to do at home. She has a strong hand with good pressure. She knows a lot of different movements to get into every corner of the pain. She is my faver and I love her so much!!!
