Shoppers Drug Mart

The Pharmacy is horrible and needs competent staff. They always tell you to wait excessive periods of time without reason, they always say talk to the manager (who is never there) when there's a concern about when the percriptions will be ready and they never answer the phone. I really don't know why they take so long, but my prescription was ready well before the time they told me to wait (1hour the lady told me) and I came back in 20 mins, it was done, and told me to wait in line for another 30mins, they are just very slow and don't care about people's time. I don't want to come back here.

Came here for a COVID Booster shot for 4:35pm , got here 4:10pm . Talked to one of the Pharmacists and she told me just to sit down. She didn’t give me any forms to fill out and just told me to sit by the Meeting & Consultation room. I sat for over a hour . Most of the people were just picking up their prescriptions. Clearly this is disorganized as at my last COVID Booster there was someone there to do the injection. Funny thing is there are 5 Pharmacists here !! Here the Meeting & Consultation room is full supplies and nothing else ,oh a computer was on but no one there ! ? Not coming here again. Never got my COVID Booster !

I went there to this postal outlet to rent a PO box, two Asian ladies helped me with tight lips, didn't say 'hi' 'bye', were rather rude in couple of times, I didn't say anything. Even, at the end, when I said 'hi', they didn't reply. Felt disgusted. I didn't find any reasons for this strange, sub-per behavior. The service of Canada post has been depleting. It's quite sad.

Please don't use this location for the photo service.I went for passport photo service. They are really bad in their service. The staff is not really good. Firstly they gave me photo where my eyes was not straight and was telling me that's good for passport. They are telling me it's your eyes problem, which was rude. Though I showed them my license and all to show my eyes are not wrong, after that they recaptured again but though it's not at all good proper photo, Some requirements are not cleared in that photo.It's an humble request to Shoppers drug Mart team to improve the service or don't keep it, we as a new immigrants are paying 25$ for getting rejection in passport.Thank you for listening to the issue.

This has got to be the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of using.I book an appointment for a COVID vaccine at 1:00PM. They do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for HALF AN HOUR (one guy ahead of me.. they kept him waiting for just as long!)Finally get my vaccine. Despite the e-mail and text messages from shoppers saying a mask was mandatory"

Doesn’t make sense placing your prescription renewal in advance because it’s always a 20-30 mins wait at pick up regardless.Very poor customer service

I was told 45 minutes drug should be ready, and I came back hour and half later, she just pull out under table, didn’t know why. Then I was told 5–10 minutes, I thought they forgot, it happens , then I waited front of them other 20 minutes pass, nothing happen when I asked again!Horrible, can’t even tell customer a rough time,? And making excuses!

Its been almost 4 years am a customer for this store. Pharmacy itself is slow coz of the people work there. They better learn how to put smile on their faces. Its very hard for them. Canada post inside is fine. Cant complain. Cosmetics stuffs are ok too. overall too pricey compare to walmart and other stores. I go here to save time and this is very close to me. Self check in really saves time.

The pharmacy canceled my antidepressant without contacting me, I showed up and they told me that I was 2 weeks late picking it up and the cancellation was my fault. My doctor appointment was only 4 days before I went to pick the meds they ordered up. I tried to explain to the pharmacist. She just walked away and told me to come back tomorrow. Awful, dismissing and unfeeling medical 'professionals'

Why does this Pharmacy have phone if they refuse to use it? I intended to transfer a prescription here and called half a dozen times (at different times of day) each time I was left on hold for 9 minutes before they hung up without even saying hello. If they're too busy to take the call, at least say as much.
