Tuan gave me fantastic service!! I called him on Sunday, he took my laptop on Monday and i picked it up on Tuesday, better than new! He replaced parts, upgraded programs, cleaned everything and spent way more time on it than he estimated, facetimed me to walk me through the new features, and remains on call for any questions. All for a super reasonable price! I am so thrilled to have such a professional in Wainwright. Recommend Tuan 100% !

I called Tuan because we couldn’t get our 6 yr old PC to update to the latest version of windows 10. It kept crashing and we were afraid of losing our large collection of photos and videos as well as important data. I was able to drop our computer off within the hour and Tuan helped us get everything safely backed up and worked tirelessly on our system giving us excellent advice, answered all our many questions and even gave me over an hour of hands on training. He was a complete pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time at no charge. I would recommend this business to anyone needing some computer help!

When my HDD failed today, and it had been a very long time since I had done a back-up, I was devastated at the potential loss of all my data (documents, photos, spreadsheets, programs). Lucky for me that Tuan Lieu @Wainwright Computer Solutions was able to recover all of my data, made a mirror copy and transfered everything onto a new SSD that he installed in short time. I had a great experience with Tuan. My hard drive crashed and he worked on it all night long, recovering all my data (despite the severity of the damage to my hard drive) and installed a new hard drive! Got it back to me within 24 hours of dropping it off which was incredible, especially considering it was over the weekend! Made sure to thoroughly explain things to me and all my options after a free diagnosis and before delving into the problem further. In addition, when I went to pick up my computer he went over and above a typical serviceman and not only welcomed me into his house to help me understand the new features but also helped occupy my 3 young boys, setting them up with Netflix and cookies! Highly recommend!!

I had my laptop serviced by Tuan because it needed a new hard drive. Very friendly and professional, he made sure to keep me posted along the way and it was a very fast service! My laptop is faster than when I bought it brand new and I have never been more happy to be able to do work or game on it!

I give Tuan a rating of 10 out of 10 for quality of service rendered at all levels. He is my go to guy for as long as I’m here❤️I was on the verge of replacing my computer a few weeks ago. I was sure it was about to crash and burn. It had frozen up several times and when I tried to reboot it, a message had flashed on the screen advising me there was a hard drive error. Concerned that I was about to lose all my personal photos and documents, I turned it off and started researching new computers. Those that would suit my purposes completely were at minimum of $1500.00 and up.It was by a stroke of luck that Wainwright Computer Services and Tuan Lieu flashed up on my Facebook page. I had no idea there was a computer repair service here. Tuan was out of town but called me within hours of receiving my call for help, gave me instructions on what not to do and arranged for me to bring my computer in as soon as he returned. Within less than 12 hours of his receiving the computer, he had backed up all the data I was concerned about, put in a new hard drive, cleaned up several other technical issues and returned my computer to me.I am truly grateful. The computer’s performance is as good as when it was new, if not better. Every step of the way Tuan explained exactly what he’d discovered, what was required or best solution for the issue, alternatives and exactly what the cost would be for each. For the amount of work he did, the new parts, the time he spent keeping me informed I feel like I have a brand new computer that fills all my needs at a fraction the cost. A big shout out to Tuan Lieu for the excellent service. I brought him a desktop that I thought was 'toast', but he got it running and updated everything onto a new hard. It now works like a 'new machine'. I also brought him two laptops that were 11 and 14 years old and he did his magic and they both run faster - just like when they were first purchased.Very professional and and fair cost.Excellent job, so greatly appreciated Tuan!!!
