TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Athena is doing her best to help me but during that time 2 other employees are looking at Facebook pictures on their phone and talking about their kids and another one is just sitting there looking into space while people are waiting in line behind me.

Well, I like to think that they're doing their best.Then again I think their best is mediocre. Recently I was there to pay my bills. You just say where to pay and how much that's it. it is so simple. Yet one day later I realised TD representative that day put the money to another banks' card that I don't use. I went there again and told them the situation but because another bank involved it may take some time they said, like a month or two, to take the money back so I paid for the same bill second time and they gave me 5 dolars worth coffee shop gift card. They're sorry. So, I recommend you to, unless there is no other way than to step in and interact with them, only use their ATM.

The service of this branch could give TD Canada a new interpretation: Thief dominates Canada. I have seen the other reviewers experienced similar problems with me. Briefly, this branch is not a safe place to deposit your precious income.

I deposited a sizable cheque this monday, I told them to put in my TFSA account, and the amount would be on hold for about 5 days, sure no problem. I see today on my account (thank god I look at my account regularly) that my chequing account was on hold. Wth?? I called TD head office, they told me that the branch actually made the mistake of freezing my cheque account and not the cheque that I deposited. Now I have 2 insurance payments and one car payment that didn't pass because of this.. thanks so much.

Excellent customer service! Not sure what's with all the negative feedback in here.. but each time I went there... people are so welcoming and smiling. One time, this lady proposed to me a credit card" application option.. I was like " what?" She said

I’m an American living in Canada for the last 5 years for work. I deposited a pretty sizable tax refund check from the US government and was not made aware of a 15 day hold. So I spent thinking this money was available to me due to it being direct from the US Treasury. My debit card was rejected even though my balance showed the funds. In sheer panic as my US bills were due in 2 days, I spoke to customer service on the phone who told me to go back to my branch to plea for the release and I have to say that Josie and Yurun really heard me out, understood and cared about my situation and helped me resolve it. They’re a bank so it’s not always pretty, but you could tell they felt terrible I wasn’t informed properly and took steps to help me. Seeing some of the comments I guess it depends on who you work with, but Josie, I know, was on the phone for over an hour looking into my issue and was so very professional and caring. Thanks so much you all for your help!

I am leaving this review here so others like me would not be disappointed too.The representative David Riccardi" filed an incorrect application for me and left me hanging for weeks. No follow-up

What a joke branch. I went in to ask to complete a simple task. The young Asian lady at the front desk served me and she did everything to make it complicated and impossible. Basically she could not (though it was more like she did not WANT to) complete the task I asked for, I knew she'd never cave so I left. I walked a bit further to another TD branch (the one on Robert-Bourrassa), the guy there was able to help me and finish it in 5 minutes.

I have had good experiences in general dealing with TD, but this branch is an absolute mess. After leaving several voicemail messages both at the front desk and with the specific representative I was dealing with and not hearing back for a few days I just redialed the front desk about 10 times in a row until someone answered. I called the customer service general line to complain about this branch and they told me the branch manager was away and would be back the following Monday and would contact me upon her return. It's been 3 days since she was supposed to return and I have heard nothing.And the main reason for my calling was to complain about the loan specialist I dealt with, who never answers his phone or emails, and yet during my appointment he answered his phone twice. He wouldn't make eye contact, he folded his arms and looked at the ceiling while talking to me, didn't shake my hand, he was always trailing off mid-sentence and I generally felt like it was an inconvenience to him for me to be there.BAD BAD BRANCH... Avoid it for anything other than seeing the teller...

I strongly recommend you don’t come to this branch because of racism.It was 2015. My daughter used to be their client until an advisor, the first letter is C, transferred her $100,000 from GIC to mutual fund secretly. My daughter accused her as stolen and she insisted on it was my daughter asked her to do so. To our surprise, after we complained this experience to her boss, they said they did the investigation and it was my daughter asked her to do this transaction and then changed her mind, but actually, when C contacted my daughter, she was in her office and all of her colleagues heard that she did not agree to do this transaction; what my daughter said was she wanted to meet C by person and discussed about it.I was really regret that we did not forward this case to human rights at that time. We just immigrated and did not know the regulation very well. An African friend explained to me that this is a kind of racism which happened normally: when a Caucasian tried to escape her responsibility of her behavior, and she found the client had the immigration background, she would try to blame on something like “miscommunication”, or “misunderstanding”, and the other Caucasians will trust her because they always think the immigrants have problems on language.
