I had such a wonderful experience for my first visit here at Bailey Nelson Sherway. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I love how inclusive this company is, and very open-minded as well. Mark, the manager, has THE best customer service and made me feel so welcomed. I highly would recommend this location for your next vision test or for finding great reading or sunglass styles!

Amazing customer care today! I went into this location to ask if my glasses could be taken apart and cleaned. Not only were my glasses promptly cleaned, she also replaced my nose pads which was a very pleasant surprise. The sales associate was so genuine and kind - I wish I got her name to provide a proper shout out.

My glasses that I bought from the Square One location broke and when I went to see if they can tighten it or fix it, she tightened it but said she couldn’t fix it. But I went to this location today cause it was around like 2 weeks with broken glasses && the lovely gentleman said “Yeah, I’m sure I can fix this” and he did! I can finally see properly. Would definitely drive here instead of my local square one. Appreciate him being able to fix them!

Everyone here is super helpful and friendly! Totally recommended for your glasses needs. Love their modern designs and sturdy feel on all frames that we got from them. So far bought 4 frames for the family. If things are not working out, they're willing to make it right either via exchange or refund.

Amazing experience, amazing service!!!I had the pleasure of being helped by Darryl who I love. I have never had so much fun getting glasses before!!! The store is so amazing so bright and fresh not overwhelming and crowded. I walked in late and a bit flustered from the moment he said hello I was put to ease and treated so nicely, he answered all my questions and gave me the best advice. Everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful and professional but Darryl, he really made my day.The price was amazing, the glasses are stylish and exactly what I wanted and needed and the service just puts them over. Highest recommendation to this store and location!!

Super cute and super modern. I love that it has something for everyone. Colour palette is great and in fashion. They do do direct billing which removes the headache of having to process the claims yourself. Their offer for polarization and the colour choices are cool. They even have gradient options. The adjustment for my glasses in terms of fitment was interesting. The were able to tighten and adjust the curve slightly to sit on my face more comfortably without slipping.Great choices, great services, cool vibes and good people that work their.

Great customer service! great selection! Love, love the narrow fit section. Changed my mind from single vision to progressive after three weeks, no questions asked, got to keep the glasses till the new ones were ready. So happy when I went to pick them up, bought a pair of sunglasses. Will definitely use them over and over again. And the price is great too.
