This restaurant was so disorganized and not very clean. Stuff on the floors tables, and counters. As it was my 1st time inside this particular restaurant, I felt quite crowded and a bit lost. You walk in and the order panels are right there. The flow into the store and around to the bathrooms and the order counter was just not flowing and was confusing. It was very busy so I can see how some things may get missed.

The WORST drive thru experience I have ever had. Sat at the order window for 20minutes before someone took our order. Then had both the payment window employee not know our order, and the pick up window try to give us the wrong order.No receipt in the bag so can’t even reach out to complain, and when I went in to the restaurant the staff ignored me.Do not go here.

Went through drive thru, was told to pull ahead because my food wasn’t ready (2 burgers). Waited over 10 mins, then went into the store to see my food sitting on the counter. Stood there for a few minutes before I was able to get an employees attention to give me my food. Got home and the order was missing items and incorrect. Not the first time I’ve had poor service at this location. Definitely would not recommend!

I have never had such bad service at this location. I ordered from the kiosk and it took close to 45 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. So we’re the orders of many others. Trying to just get the cream on my coffee was another ordeal Ended up throwing it away and leaving. Carol Wilson

It was McDonald's.... The servers were polite, and the order was ready in a prompt manner. There were 5 or so ppl ahead of us, but it didn't take long. It was a bit dirty, but there were workers actively trying to clean up.

That's right 5 Stars even though it took 15 mins to get 2 Smoothies. Considering there was about 30ppl in front of me and 2 lines wrapped around the building in the drive through. On top of what looked like 15.... 15 yrs old holding it down? I was dang impressed with consistent flow of orders getting out. We are always so quick to criticize the younger generation and lack of work ethic, well, this was the complete opposite. Just wanted to acknowledge that on here

2 Thursday in a row you screw up the order/ 1 kids meal nugget+extra order of nuggets/ last week you forget the fries/this week you forget the extra order of nuggets and the BBQ sauce.Last week you had a flake working drive thru/ this week you had one the did give a sh..it and felt she was doing us a favour / we have choices A&W times/st Hubert etc./ for what we pay now for McDonalds the service should be a higher standards

Walked in and stood at the cash for a very long time and wasn't acknowledged so I left. All staff was focused on the drive thru. I watched about 7 cars go by the drive thru window and nobody so much as looked over to say they'd be with me soon. I understand being busy and short staffed but ignoring someone for that long is unacceptable.
