By far the best experience I have ever had shopping for a bra. They offer free fittings and have a very wide range of sizes. (The store has its own sizing system) The girl who helped me, Awa, was very kind and knowledgeable. Within seconds, she took my measurements and knew exactly my size! She then patiently waited for me to try on different styles and gave me helpful tips. Usually, I have such a hard time finding something because I have a thin frame with proportions you don't often find a fit for in most stores. When I saw how small the boutique was, I didn't expect much, but they had lots of choice, offered a great discount, and I walked out with the best fitting bras I have ever worn!

Change is a great place for women with plus-size needs, but they also carry regular sizes. they have great styles, and the prices are to me in the mid to high, fortunately they do have great sales and vip packages, and if they don't have it in stocks you can place an order. The service is excellent every visit.

Went here for the first time today and it was amazing! The woman working was so nice and helpful. She sized me and brought every bra in my size to try on. Any styles that I liked and weren’t in my size she tried to find the closest size for me to try and was able to order them at no extra cost.The prices are amazing, especially for women with larger busts. The more you buy the better the deal. My friend got 2 bras, 1 underwear & a robe for 255$. I got 3 bras, 3 underwear, a robe & a bikini for 380$ which is INSANE!There’s a lot of mixed reviews because the workers check on you very often. I loved this part! It really helped with finding the right pieces. If you like to be left alone I’m sure you can just let them know that and they won’t check up on you as much!Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Excellent service. This store staff has Knoweldge, expérience, good promotions. And the quality of the product is top. We are loyal not because of what we purchased. But because of how you make women FEEL when they Purchase. Bravo.

Taking my old review back. Today in The Eaton Centre the service was really bad, the sales lady was not helpful and was assisting all other clients who arrived after me while I was waiting in the changing room (because she was supposed to bring me another size of the garment).

I've always loved this place. Best sizes and styles. For someone with a small band size and a larger bust this is my holy grail. Julia is super nice and incredibly helpful. Ariel has also been a huge help to me in the past. I highly recommend!!

I just went in today to get some new bras. The associate named Ariel was an amazing help! She was extremely helpful and very patient. She was also super understanding and helpful regarding my budget and my situation. I ended up staying for a bit but it was worth it - I left with 3 new sets and a very good deal. This has been the best experience and I recommend Change to anyone who needs a bra! Thanks again to Ariel! :)

So I went in today just to look around and came out with the best bras I’ve ever worn ! The girl (Mellisa ) I don’t know if that’s the correct name but SHE WAS AWESOME . So kind , generous and helpful. As a plus size girl It’s really hard to find the perfect fit but she took her time and patiently helped me with all the details I needed and sized me perfectly . I LOVE HOW AMAZING THE QUALITY IS FOR THE PRICE . Would surely come back and let all my friends know about this place . Please appreciate the employee that helped me today she really deserves it . AMAZING SERVICE BY THE STORE MANAGER.I went about a month ago about a half hour before closing time. I believe her name was Manon. She was extremely helpful and very insightful. She measured my size and had me try on a few bras to make sure she found the right size for me. She even taught me that the place where i wear my straps is putting to much pressure on my shoulders back. The best service i have ever had. Very sweet and kind and patient. Yes the prices are steep, but the quality of the bras are worth it. The bras fit me so well, the material is really good and i know they last from experience.

When I went in I was totally unprepared as I've never been to a lingerie store before - the salesperson was kind, supportive, and very helpful. She told me honestly what looked good and what wasn't working for me and was very respectful the entire time I was there.(Also, it was much cheaper than I had expected! I looked at an online store first and found 3 bras for $300, at change I spent around $350 for 4 bras and matching underwear (plus an extra)).
