Purchased a pair of Puma runners from the online website Sept 22/21. After 2 months of casual wear a hole developed on the top of the shoe where the end of my toe was. I reached out by email to Softmoc and they directed me to attend the store closest to me for inspection.I pulled all emails, brought shoes to Cornwall location and waited to speak to a manager as the staff present were not able to assist. The manager was not friendly and quite abrupt in her greeting. After telling her about the issue and showing her the shoe, she became rude and said there is nothing she can do. She turned away and left me standing dumbfounded on her behavior.I left the store quite upset at how I was treated. Poor management skills, lack of empathy and compassion for representation in leadership.Called the1-800 number and raised my concern with the customer experience at this location. I was given the number for the shoe manufacturer, hopefully will have a better outcome.

I had a very off putting experience at this location. I was looking at some boots on the display that is in the common area of the mall when all of a sudden an employee runs from the back of the store tells me to get out I can't come in there. I wasn't even in the store I was just looking at the boots display she told me I could shop online if that's what I wanted but I'm not allowed in the store. I wear a face shield instead of a mask I have very high anxiety and have a doctor's note that states that I require a face shield instead of a mask. When I told her oh no I was wearing a mask she told me they don't accept my types of mask in there which is fine I understand and I'm more than happy to leave. However the way she approached me was very aggressive and confrontational all she had to do was politely tell me that unfortunately in their store they require a mask not a shield and I would have more than happily explained my situation instead she ran out of the store yelling at me that I couldn't come in and when I said I had a doctor's note she's like well what does it say. Overall is a was a very upsetting the employee made a scene with me when that wasn't necessary at all. After she was done talking to me she went back to the back of the store loudly talking to another employee about a personal problem she was having overall very unprofessional.

Friendly and helpful, it's a pretty small shop but they have docs, Crocs and vans, what more do you need.

Worst place ever! So rude when I ask a question, never ever shopping at the Cornwall Centre Soft Moc again until they hire new staff who are nice and appreciate customers. Unbelievable. Unreal. Disrespectful.

Really Good Experienced and i suggested to all of you to go and buy from there what ever you like ..........

I bought some mucklucks during the Black Friday sale.I wore the boots one day, and a pom-pom fell off. I took the boots back to the store to see what my options were.The manager treated me like a nuisance. I was not trying to cause a commotion, just asking for a little more help in getting something done about my boot.She had a loud tone, she kept saying she was done with the conversation, she didn't want to give me any more information that might helped me, and even threatened to call mall security on me. I was not causing a problem, but she treated me like I was.I called head office at SoftMoc and the representative had to send an email to the store manager saying to do an inspection on my boot to see where to go next.I took the boots back, she I formed me of what was to happen and that's it.People that work in customer service need to be patient and respectful.She was not, and just her attitude hurt my feelings and nearly made me cry in the store. I did cry on the phone with the rep. And she was very calm, understanding and polite with me.

Couldn't fine the shoe I was looking for in store but they carried the brand in store and actually had my size. The size fit good so I ordered from the company website. The shoe fits. Also the sales lady never checked on me once so I just left the shoes and walked out .

I got perfect shoes for my attire..thank ..and the guy with curly hair is very friendly..

Bought a pair of Sketchers . If shoes are not in stock they will order them and there is a wait .Great helpful staff .
