Every time I go here to get my eyebrows threaded the girls always do an AMAZING job. They are super kind and their prices are very fair. I always make sure to tip a bunch! They deserve it ♥Keep up the hard work ladies!

I have been going to this salon for a while now to get my eyebrows threaded and usually have had them done by a particular lady, who I must say, is very kind and gentle. I have liked going here but this review is based on my recent experience. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady that I like was not in. However, I did not want to reschedule my appointment so I allowed another employee (who looked new) to do them for me. While my eyes were closed, I could feel her threading where I usually never feel the thread so I opened my eyes to check and I was horrified at what she had done. I asked her kindly to not touch my eyebrows anymore as she had clearly messed them up. The manager came and talked me and made it slightly better but I left and felt super unhappy the entire way home. In the end, I still payed for my service but learned the lesson of not allowing anyone else but the person I know touch my eyebrows.

Today I called the owner and took an appointment she said she can colour my hair so I took a cab and when I reached she made me wait for 20 minutes and then said she cannot do it today my hair is long and she is running late. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour Poor customer service, if you have priorities we also do that’s the reason we call to make appointment. Is this the way a customer is treated ?? Imagine you being treated the same way. If your unable to attend the customer let them know when they call you not when they arrive.I highly recommend not to trust this salon.

Best place to get your hair done including color. Suman aunty does a great job and her prices are reasonable.

This was my first time at this spa and the service was amazing, sandeep was very caring and and everything was so clean. this has got to be one of the best salons i’ve ever went to i’ll definitely visit again!

I visit this place two times..First time for my eyebrows then on my second visit i get my haircut and eyebrows done.I must say the owner must learn the cutting skillsMe and my cousion get our hair cut done...it was our worst experience ever.I will never eve recommened to anyone specially for the hair cuts..She do ccording to her not listening to customers ..Stay safe and visit another place

i got my hair dyed here recently by suman the owner i asked for a light brown over my light blue hair and she let me know that only a dark brown would be possible, by the end of the appointment my hair was still wet and looked black but she told me once it would dry it would look brown. My hair dried to a dark black and i came back with my mother since she was also very upset and wanted to ask why my hair turned out black, suman was extremely rude and even told my mum that i was lying about not knowing my hair would come out black. Ive been coming to this salon for years for my eyebrows just because its near by and its unbelievable how rude she was. Will never be coming back. Also beware she gossips about clients in punjabi.

My girlfriend went for eyebrows and face threading. They are fast and great eyebrow shaping. There staff is always friendly.
