There was an issue with my polish on my toes. I called them as soon as I got home. They were very quick to offer a solution and fix the issue.

Service-pedicures.Edit:I am going to take back my positive review. I went for the second time this morning. I made an appt for 11 am for my daughter and myself. They started my daughter within 10 mins. Then when she was totally done they started my pedicure. The reason I made an appt for two was so they would be done at the same time. My daughters pedicure was very rushed. I will try the other salon in Kemptville as this one has most definitely lost my business as well as my 2 daughters!!!!I went for the first time and was very happy with the service. Didn’t have to wait more than 5 mins from the appt time-and was seated in a chair. Shellac pedicure was great. Enjoyed the hot stones and two weeks later my pedicure still looks great. But I did recommend to my daughter and she had an appt last weekend. She was made to wait almost half an hour from appt time and was a bit rushed through her service. She was not happy so I won’t be recommending to anyone else. My experience was very positive and I will go again since my service was good but would not recommend since when I did their service was very poor!!!

Have been going since they opened for manicures, and pedicures. Have always had a great experience. My daughter was recently over the moon with the way Tam painted her nails with shellac polish. She showed him a picture of what she wanted, he asked if she wanted some white also to add more detail, and she kept saying “Mom, he made my nails look even better than the picture!”

I had a pedicure and manicure (dip). The service was the best I've had at any nail salon. Both techs who served my friend and i took great care to make sure each step of the way we were happy. Highly recommend!!!

I tried this nail salon on the weekend and I was impressed with the service provided by Tan. She was very nice, friendly and she was very precise. A regular pedicure includes a bonus a gentle hot stone massage which felt amazing (lower leg and feet). Located inside Kemptville Walmart is very busy so I recommend you make an appointment. Pricing is competitive. Thanks again Tan, I will be back.

Just left an hour ago and toenail polish is chipped already. Had to clean my own feet while she watched. Will have to deal with dead skin on my big toe myself, I guess...why bother paying for a pedicure if you have to go home and finish the job yourself? Colour selection is not great, they need to update their selection. Decided not to get a dip mani, as there were no colour options that I actually liked. The oil used to massage legs was left on my skin, it stained my dress. Staff are friendly enough, but I will not be returning.

For my first pedicure and having my fingernails also fixed up, I was amazed. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because they can't do advanced artwork on your nails. If that wasn't an issue, I would have given it a 5.

Love going here! Have been going a few years. They always remember who I am and are very friendly. Definitely recommend! I always get the bio gel nails and they have a very large selection of shellac!

My daughter and granddaughter and I go for our nails and pedicures every weeks and we are always super satisfied with the results.We especially go to Anne, Lam or Christine and they do wonderful designs free hand and will look at your pictures and copy them perfectly.The staff is always friendly and helpful.We strongly recommend this place of business.

I am sooo impressed with these ladies, specifically Tu & Ellie. They are diligent and always very friendly, and know exactly what I want. Don’t make the same mistake as I did and go to the OTHER nail salon in Kemptville… go here, you will not be disappointed!
