Rico Burrito

These tacos were AMAZING. I decided to give this place a chance after browsing UberEats and I don’t regret it. You get so much food for the price you pay and the packaging is so thoughtful and stylish. I got 5 fish tacos and each one was delicious!! I will definitely be buying from this place again in the near future!

I was shocked by the quality of food and the cute packaging! Such amazing Mexican food! We ordered a combination of pork, chicken and beef tacos to see if the food is any good. This is going to be my go to Mexican.

Read the reviews and thought the food would be amazing, but was pretty subpar. I had the tacos and the guac and chips. The barbacoa taco was the most flavourful and moist, so that was nice. The carnitas and fish tacos were dry even with the sauce on top and lacked flavour.The chips were stale / old and had definitely been exposed to air for some time and were not great at all which also made it hard to enjoy the guac. The guac is very fresh but the HUGE chunks of tomatoes in it really throws it off, and I would prefer it with a little salt but others may feel differently.Packaging was very cute, but I would suggest working a bit more on the flavour of the food.

I have to say. After reading the other reviews on here, I had to try this place out. I am so glad that we did. We ordered the burrito's and the tacos and they were absolutely fantastic. Talk about fresh. Everything was perfect. The meats were tender, the vegetables were fresh and abundant. The portions were large. The packaging was incredible as mentioned by everyone else. Such a presentation! We also ordered the Tres Leches for dessert. Only one word to describe it. Incredible. It was light, and refreshing and so tasty. I really have to start taking pictures of these meals, but we ate it so quickly, but the time I remembered it was too late. I can tell you that this place will be a regular spot on our ordering list for Mexican from now on at least once a week. On top of it all, the pricing is great as well. The only thing to remember, is that it is for take out and not a restaurant with its own signs or seating as others have mentioned. At least not at the Leslie location. It is inside the Firkin Pub (Goose), so don't get lost or confused.

Amazing! Tacos were great and so was the burrito bowl. I would definitely recommend this place. This is a ghost kitchen and you have to order for pickup or delivery through UberEats or SkipTheDishes. There isn’t a name on the storefront you actually enter through The Moose and Firkin pub to pick up your order.

Off the charts good. We ordered delivery; the packaging is sturdy and good looking. The tacos- all of them, especially the fish tacos... OMG so good. The sauces amazing ( the hottest - I couldn't eat, I was sweating hard.. but even so; i ate it all.) The burritos are massive and the tortilla doesn't get soggy! We also ordered their bowls. Amazing. I can not say anything negative. High five! 4 thumbs up. Will order again.

Ordered via Uber eats- got the tres leches dessert and loved it. A must try, small sized jars and love the flavours

Couple of years back I tried their burrito and it was amazing. I love their packaging. I tried fried avocado burrito again this time. Only thing I found that rice was very mushy and watery. I wish they can add brown rice option.Also dine in would be fantastic as well.

Tha place only accepts take out. Really nice portions, packaged amazingly in style. While the taste is very good, the variety was not impressive - personally I am a fan of tacos and was very excited to try them out at Rico's. But it turns out that tacos or burrito - the inside is the same, you pick ingredients. So, I ended up with tacos that tasted like burrito.Overall a good place, I would try other items, let's see how they go about quesadilla!

Two stars for the great packaging, beautiful box and bags and sticker.Nope…am holding up the fish taco, it must be a magic trick because there is crust but no fish…just a magic hole with crunchy crust.I am a bit conflicted, the food was bland but is that a bad thing with all the over salted food, still if there was enough energy spent on taste vs packaging, I may have been a fan for life.
