Total Flooring

Just had our bakery kitchen floor installed - I was surprised they had the floor in stock and ready to install the week that I paid for it. The installers did a great job with the install - even working late to get it done so we could open quicker. Highly recommend you talk to Jordan Tait if you are doing a commercial install. He knows his stuff!

Fantastic! Super helpful - and flexible in the sense that we can do our project in stages! Don't need to buy it all at once.

We went to Total Flooring to purchase all of the flooring for our new house build in Narol. We worked with Ray and he went above and beyond to show us the different flooring options (even the ones we knew we didn't want but we just wanted to look at, like the super plush carpeting), and gave us a great price on luxury vinyl plank floors. I wanted a warm, brown tone as I don't like grey floors, and they had the perfect option for me in the store. The store itself is large, clean and beautiful. They had a ton of stock and all I needed to do was give them a week's notice that we were ready for floors and the installers arrived with stock as promised and got to work (which has NOT been the case with so many of our trades and materials!). The installers did a perfect job, and they were even able to coordinate things with our plumber, who happened to be on site that day, about the bathroom flooring/vanities, and came up with game plan between the two of them. Our flooring looks amazing. We aren't finishing the basement of our house yet but wanted carpet for the stairs leading down; I had asked about choosing something that they would know would be in stock in a year or two when we were ready to finish the basement, and instead they came up with a better solution to choose a remnant from their stock to finish the stairs for now, and we can replace it later on when we do the whole basement, and that way there's no risk of future stock. They are even going to come back to install it separately so that the remaining work in the basement of the house won't end up getting the carpet dirty with workers walking up and down in their boots. Visited total flooring on a couple occasions….they were extremely knowledgeable about their product and pricing extremely competitive. Ended up ordering & having carpet installed. They did a fantastic job! Everything happened in the time frame as promised! Went back and bought vinyl flooring a couple weeks after the carpet I was so happy! Brian and his crew are very professional! I’d rate them higher than 5 stars if I could Check them out they have an amazing in store selection!

Beautiful floors. Unfortunately terrible customer service. Total Flooring also did my install, by their contractors whom were kind, and hard working. The salesman Jordan had no clue what he was doing, stated certain things on my quote, that weren’t accurate and/or needed and Total Flooring wanted to charge me for it. After having to argue, it was partially resolved~ not 100%. Then after completion I tried calling to ask questions, I was told one thing by Ray, then another by the receptionist. When I called back to get clarification ,as it was confusing~ I was told by Ray ( who was talking over me) not to call back and was hung up on. He was yelling and rude. After they received their $8700 for my floors, I was also not told anything about a warranty. I had a grant offered to me, to cover the cost of this renovation, however I chose this company. I chose the flooring, and it was my home. I was the customer, and I was very disrespected. The owner Bryan was also difficult in speaking with, very abrupt and rude. I’ve reported this disgusting behaviour to the BBB and will continue to spread word over social media, and the media. I have family who work for a local radio station, and newspaper. Abuse toward anyone is NOT ok, and NOT acceptable. Do NOT use this company!

One of the best places to get anything flooring in Winnipeg at a good price.

This was my first and last time dealing with this company. The initial date for my flooring was set and confirmed for June 6, 2022. With absolutely no communication they did not show up and I had to contact them asking what is going on. A couple DAYS later I heard back from the guy saying the materials were not in. At this point I already gave them my $1,500 deposit and was going to ask for it back however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to stick it out. A couple of weeks go by and I still haven't heard from them - I took it upon myself to contact them AGAIN and Doug told me we can take some money off the price if you wish". Today July 4th I finally got my floors installed - again no communication they were late because apparently my delivery was cancelled. I thought it was very weird how they required full payment before the work was actually done so I could not see the final results. The installers were very nice however they were subcontracted out

I had a very challenging floor project in a basement gym area and a hit traffic lunchroom area.I contacted Total Flooring and Jordan came down to assess and provide a quote. Jordan advised on the best flooring for the project and it is perfect. Beautiful and durable.I also knew that there were parts not visible at the time and expected further costs.Jordan worked with me to keep the costs within my budget and still complete the project.The crew came into install. They were professional and very accommodating. They did a fabulous job of the flooring.Service was quick and the project was done quickly.Thank you to everyone at Total Flooring!

VERY Professional on all levels... Lots of stock in a Huge showroom.. They also have lots of different sizes of patterned area rugs in neat colors...Maryanne was great on the phone to place order.. And super in person . Order bundled and strapped on a pallet by Tanner and he loaded it with forklift onto truck. Both these employees were helpful to a T. #5
