Incredible medical clinic with kind and caring staff and wonderful doctors. So happy that Dr Misho is my family doctor, she is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Special mention to Ira and Lona, thank for your kindness. Highly recommend this clinic that provides the best medical care to its patients! Thank you Dr Misho and staff for everything.

I've grown to like and trust Dr. Dolcetti as my new doctor. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable and cares. If you ask her, she will help in any way she can. She is very cautious and careful and this adds to her credibility. Her patience and intelligence is always on show. Hands down a great doctor. Only 4 stars because front desk can be extremely hard to reach at times.

Very dissatisfied in the way staff treated me. Despite me calling ahead of time advising I was looking for a new family doctor, and despite that it is on their website that they are accepting new patients, I was turned away by the staff. But after reading the comments, I’m actually happy I was. Wouldn’t want to have to deal with service such as this from a family doctor.

This doctor needs to have her license re-evaluated. I honestly can't believe all the malpractice I've heard of and witnessed myself at this clinic. I'm already aware of all the talk about patients at reception. A few years ago the secretary and my father got into a little disagreement and as we sat in the waiting room the secretary proceeds to shout Didn't we take care of you when you were sick? Weren't you here years ago and we saved your life?" First of all

I am not sure what to say except that I'm so disappointed in this clinic. Me and my baby girl were out of pocket patients of Dr Dolcetti here and I never once felt cared for here. Now that I switched over to another practice that needed the babies records including head sizes and growth it was found out that they never even recorded the sizes! This is huge when a doctor wants to look at how the head is growing for baby! I'm really astounded because the doctor was always so sweet. In another instances the vaccines for baby were delayed here and they wouldn't even call you you update you or let you know. I would call to confirm the appointment the day of before leaving the home just to be told oh don't come today the vaccines are not in yet. Like we don't have lives or schedules or other children to plan appointments around. Not to mention that they rarely pick up the phone for appointments. I also was out of pocket and would have to pay even for a small thing like a requisition. At baby's appointments they usually ask how mom is doing or if feeding etc is going well esp if you are a nursing mother. I was told that if you want to ask about yourself you have to make a separate appointment to ask how you are doing. Now that I have switched I know what care really looks like. This clinic is absolutely absurd and I'm very upset about my experience here. Very unprofessional and bordering medical malpractice.

Dr. Dolcetti is a great doctor. She is always quick to provide call backs and scheduling appointments. She is knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen.4 stars only because it's hard to get in touch with someone over the phone sometimes.All in all, would definitely recommend!

Deserving of 0 stars! Dr. Dolcetti is very nice and attentive, however the clinic is the absolute worst. Hours are changed ad hoc without notice to patients and if you complain, they tell you to call in advance. If you call in advance, the receptionists do not pick up the phone and the voicemail is full. At the office they’ll tell you they’re too busy….aren’t we all! I’ve now resorted to buying my own needles to self administer a weekly shot because of the incompetence of this office. Unfortunately can’t move to a new doctor since none are accepting new patients at the moment.

Dr. Dolcetti is a wonderful doctor, she really takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, I have never feel rushed. Dr. Dolcetti is very kind, smart, reassuring and easy to talk to. I never have to wait long for appointments and have also had great experience with reception at this clinic as well. They always call me back the same day, are quick with sending referrals and perscpitons. I really am so grateful to have found this doctor and clinic. Thank you Dr. Dolcetti and staff.

She was my family Dr for 10 years during covid I walked in to another dr that I don’t even remember his name and now she said can’t take me anymore because I went to another doctor. That’s very unethical after so long she can’t see me ? what kid of family doctor is with no care or a bit understanding of the patients.

If I could give this office a 0 star I would. Dr.Misho is the absolute worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I have never met a more incompetent doctor and human being before. I question where she got her degree from because she lacks the knowledge and etiquette of a family physician. She is rude and useless and has a horrible bedside manner. She rushes your appointments, doesn't call to discuss results, makes herself busier than she actually is by scheduling appointments weeks apart, has no empathy towards her patients and their emergency needs, makes you wait over an hour even though you have an appointment, refuses to help you at the moment and tells you to make another appointment to deal with the same problems, Charges you for every little thing that no other doctor charges for and picks and chooses whether or not she wants to play a role in your wellness. If she does not want to help you she will do anything and everything to send you elsewhere so she doesn’t need to take responsibility for the outcome. It seems to me she is running a business and not a clinic.
