They forgot items in my order so when I went back, lady was visibly playing on her phone, continued to play on her phone even when I tried to get her attention. It wasn’t until another coworker heard me from the back to come out front and get her to stop playing on her phone. Bathrooms aren’t the cleanest.

Counter service was real slow, people in front of us walked out because they were not getting their order taken. Seems all effort was being given to the drive through, everybody else had to wait.. Food was good except for the cream and broccoli soup was very watery.

Service inside isn't all that fast which I'm ok with as long as the food is good. The three stars may be petty, but every time I get a bagel with cream cheese they are so stingy with it you better have a drink to wash it down. I'm paying for cream cheese please put more than a teaspoon on there. Overall my other experiences are pretty good.

Not sure how they messes this up.The place was a ghost town when I pulled into the drive through 15 mins ago.Still managed to screw up my order.Asked for turkey bacon club no tomatoes or lettuce and some how got somthing with beef and had tomatoes and lettuce...Just passing through carmen so not going back to complane. Was a waste of 15$

The best service of all Tim Horton's I have been to across Canada. I've been here a few times, visiting. This team member, Cecelia is very helpful, friendly and fast. She offers to keep my coffee at the counter while I used the washroom. Served so fast and accurate. I moved my laptop to another table to avoid the bright sun. She helped wipe the tables and all 4 chairs at the table that I am sitting now. She wiped all tables and chairs thoroughly. Never seen such service here. She deserves a 6-star service!Coffee and sandwiches are good as usual but the service is superior to many other places. Look for Cecelia when you come! If she is on duty, you will be sure to smile!

the Iconic Canadian fast food coffee shop. Unfortunately it is not what it used to be. The coffee is not quite as rich as it used to be. But that doesn't keep me from drinking at least 1 a day.Although a healthier option might be a steeped tea. Which are actually my favorite drink at Tim Hortons.Tim Horton is still one of the best places to grab a quick bite to eat if you are in Canada. Because there is a Tim Hortons on every corner.Sadly they are not being maintained anymore as an elite place to stop. And so many of the Tim Hortons now just have a gas station convenience store feel to them.)))))But this shop stands out.

Ppl just seem so lazy like there jobs are so terribly hard It's disgusting but good coffee maybe the employees should try some coffee to wake themselves up a bit ☺️

I went in during the late morning just before lunch. Staff quickly welcomed me and help me make my order. I had a black coffee, a honey cruller and some timbits. The place was clean and free wifi was available.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a med blackberry quencher and 10 Tim bits. Sad that the kids now a day can’t count to 10!! We only received 8. It’s the principle of it. Some of the young people (and others) now a days don’t seem to put any effort into their jobs.
