Elemental Restoration
Neal and his team are wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Neal is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain ever detail of the process no matter how large or small the job is. We have used them to test materials in our home for asbestos and years later when we were ready to remove the item that tested positive we decided to use them as well and the process was smooth and straightforward and they worked around our schedule. Beyond all that Neal and his team care. Our furnace quit on us recently and we were unable to get a new one installed until some asbestos material was removed (I didn’t even know the material could be asbestos it had never been mentioned) Neal personally came out along with one of the employees that was here before and they removed everything. If you are looking for help with water damage, asbestos abatement, mold removal or even some testing definitely give Elemental Restoration a call. If Neal can help you he will!

Elemental Restoration
As a general DIYer, mold is something I didn't want to tackle. I called Elemental to get an idea of cost for mold remediation in my attic. Ended up getting a call back from Neal and after a very good conversation, he directed me in the right way in doing it myself to test for now (small localized areas, not full attic work). He recommended a product which I purchased and will try. Great customer service! If this method doesn't work and new growth is found, I'll definitely be calling Neal back to book an appointment! Highly recommend a company that understands sometimes you don't need to spend a lot to fix a problem, but is willing to help provide options over the phone.

Elemental Restoration
Very responsive! I had concerns about mold because my son has some health issues. Neal was very responsive and came out very soon after our initial call. I was worried that I may have to tear my house down to the studs but Neal reassured me that everything they found was very manageable. We did do a couple of level 1 remediations as well as testing. Neal took the time to explain everything and how to keep air quality at it's best in our home. He checked out the venting of our cold cellar and found that it was closed off. All in all some very easy fixes and no scare tactics. Very honest and reassuring. The guys were careful and polite. I would use them again and recommend to anyone that has a potential mold issue.

Neil probably just saved me $50,000. Mold had appeared in 2 different rooms in my basement and others were certain I had a leaking foundation. I am pretty handy and do some of my own renos, but before I started cutting drywall, I decided to give Elemental Restoration a try. I am VERY happy I did.Neil came to our home at the agreed time to see the home with my daughter. Neil explained to me that I do not have a leaky foundation, that it is solely an air quality issue. I had found something which made me suspicious of mold and contacted Neal at Elemental Restoration. He came on time, worked around my schedule and left with my mind at ease. Neal was honest and informative, never made me feel that he was just in it for the money.
