After a disaster or an attempt at the Rogers store where they accused me of faking my proof of employment, the people here upgraded my phone and plan in my corporate deal, got me a better internet service package and all with condition of providing them with adequate proof of employment in 30 days or I wont be eligible for the plan I claimed I had.A few mins later I was completely set up. The place was busy and it was a bit of a wait but once and agent was free it went perfectly. I won't ever deal with a Roger's store again after this.

I wish I could give them a zero honestly. I've work in cell phone sales before and NEVER lied to my customers. My sister's phone has not made a year. Literally a few months ago. I bought it with the intention that she is covered with their bogus insurance. They tell you to cancel after 4 months apparently that's how long it takes for them to get their commission and you to be screwed over. I now have a cracked screen that's not working for an iPhone x that's cost over $1000. They're the worst. Please don't go there and the fake niceness is even worst.
