One of the most disappointing service I have ever got. This was my first car in canada..I was promised of good servicing after purchase of car. The detailing was done poorly after purchase of car. To all buyers make sure everything is done well prior to purchase. For a 40k worth car..I was given 20 dollar gas card whilst I had to travel 60km in total from north van to surrey whilst many dealers in surrey gives full tank service with the purchase of car. I will not be referring this place to my friends.

BIG RED FLAG-: THEY WILL TRY TO RUSH YOU INTO BUYING A CAR.We didn’t get anything from there as we didn’t like the way they we’re approaching us. They were trying to rush everything without knowing our needs of the vehicle and what kind of vehicle we were looking for. They got my information quickly to get a pre-approval for the loan, I was like atleast ask us what car are we looking for, show us few cars and then move forward. Plus when I read their reviews online I didn’t like it and that’s when I decided not to move forward with them. Plus they were not convincing, I felt their manager was a bit rude as well.

It’s always a great experience whenever my parents and I come to Basant Motors for our vehicles. I decided to bring my best friend with me this time to get him a vehicle and Mitchell was great! He went out of his way to make us feel like home and truly understood what my friend was looking for! Since it was getting late he let us take the car with us and bring it in at a later day for it to get detailed and gave us gas cards, so appreciated! I’ll for sure be coming back next time I’m in the market for a vehicle!
