Prometric Testing Center

Trying to contact prometric to reschedule an exam is a nightmare. They don’t answer emails and it’s impossible to get in touch with them any other way.

I wrote my test there about a month ago. My experience was great. Friendly staff. A lady called Natalie Willians was very attentive.

The process of check in was quite chaotic in my experience which delayed the start of exam for many test takers. Also there was not enough space in the waiting room so it got too crowded and exam takers had to stand outside in the hallway waiting to get checked in and there was no way to know who was there first.The person who was checking people in, lost her temper a few times and almost shouted at people to not hang around the entrance to the waiting room.The exam room itself was in a way that people entered and exited frequently, as each had a different test, so it was hard to concentrate if you were sitting close to the door.

There are two super nice male staff working here, who are helpful and warm hearted.

It was a comfortable experience generally speaking. Most importantly, the staff was courteous and compliant. The procedures before the test were carefully instructed and the lady was polite. After my exam I had no pick-up and the assistant at the testing center let me use his cellphone to call someone, which spared me a long wait in the cold. Much appreciated! One gripe I had was with locating the test suite. The building door is locked from the outside and you have to wait a few minutes until an attendant from inside opens it for you. But other than that, it was a congenial experience all in all.

The staff were very pleasant and organized. My testing experience here is good and the location is accessible.

Terrible experience at this testing center, specifically, with the two female workers of African descent. I would never mention race unless it was actually a factor so for this case, I strongly feel it was. I have never been treated with less respect; their refusal to help me with technical issues that arose during my exam along with being blamed by them for such issues and being belittled by them whenever I would try to seek clarification all led to a horrendous exam experience. With an ongoing rise of hate crimes towards Asians by people of African descent, I definitely feel they had premeditated motivation to ruin my exam. I absolutely recommend you DO NOT do your exam here, especially if you're Asian.

Honestly, when I first read the reviews, I could not believe how bad a test center can be.Truth be told one of the worst I’ve experienced.First of all, the building that this center is located is locked from outside and there was no sign of any sort from Prometric center to guide you upon arrival.So I had to check my email to find the phone number and call them so that someone can come down and get me inside the building. This wasn’t even the worst part, the worst came when I called they said they will come down and open the door and guess what?! No one came down!!! Imagine how stressful this can be...Luckily a lady from the building who happened to be at the door opened the door for me and I could get inside.Secondly, I didn’t have the best experience with the staff. As they were unorganised, disoriented and clearly not trained properly. I am telling you this as I had taken exam with Prometric center at an other location and the way I was treated was totally different.Thirdly, the exam equipments; my chair was the most uncomfortable chair and the computer I was assigned was so old and rundown. Which is ridiculous considering the CAD372 of exam fee, I am expecting a higher quality equipment to be implemented.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to take test at this center. Please avoid at all costs!!!!

I have been here more than once but I got to say the last time which was about a month ago for a very very important test. The staff was definitely improved! They were very nice and pleasant. Jeff, a staff member, was cheerful and well-mannered, yes, he was strictly applying all the measures to all test candidates but in a very polite and nice manner. Taking an important test in itself is a very stressful experience, so having nice and pleasant staff is a good start.
