My therapist was Janice, who was trained and experienced in providing the care. It was a soothing session and very relaxing. I am giving 4 star because of two reason; otherwise would have added Five stars. 1) Facial treatment didn't remove blackheads or steam for deep moisture 2) massage didn't cover belly or thigh muscles or knees. May be a different package would have covered that which I was not aware. I picked the package because it said full body massage. Therapist was courteous but didn't escort me to the reception after the therapy was complete or informed me that I should come out to the reception for the payment. I was waiting in the room for a long time until the front desk person came and called me. Overall, a good experience and I would like to return for services in future.

First time client of Sabai Thai Spa and it was the best decision I made. Anna was fantastic with her skills, customer service and showed true passion for her craft. She quietly massages you but wary of your comfort level and privacy. A rare gem, indeed! Will definitely be back!

Such an amazing place fore massage. If you're looking for a good massage therapist, I highly recommend looking for Phong. He helps me release most of my tensions, and able to sleep after long days of work.

Am first timer to this place. I have shoulder and lower back pain and had relaxation massage. Yui, is very professional and excellent person. Her massage was so awesome. I told her tension points and she did really good job. I feel so refreshed and relaxed. The place is just good with light meditating music and subtle aroma of essential oils creates a mood that takes you to some exotic place. I had a real good massage and would highly recommend this place.

Me and my girlfriend booked for the bonding bliss spa package, and they emailed us asking if we wanted to book the couples room or single room. We had Janice and Palm as our message therapists, and they were very attentive. From start until the end of our experience, everything was smooth and great. The place was clean, very welcoming, and very relaxing. The staff were all very professional and kind. We would definitely come back for our future massages!

I had a massage here with Phong, my massage therapist & I was so astonished with the result. My shoulders, neck, back, and legs pain were significantly reduced after the first session. Phong really understands the technique and how to work with your muscles to give you a good pain relief.I was very comfortable with his professionalism. Even though I tend to choose female massagers as a female myself - it was a great choice to choose Phong. He is very respectful, courteous & very great with his techniques. I definitely want to book with him every week because I feel so great after. My shoulders feel a great relief, and I am not stressed.Thank you so much Phong! You're amazing!The place is also very clean, smells so nice like flowers, and everyone is so friendly and professional. I love it here so much. I recommend all of my family and friends to come here.

The experience was amazing and luxurious. The spa was on busy Kingsway so I was worried it would be loud and distracting. When I got in it felt like a different world. It was warm, cozy, smelled amazing, staff was friendly. The service was great and the massage was one of the best I've had. Got the Siam massage. I wasn't sure about it at first because I was worried traditional Thai massage would be too much for me. I'm not very flexible and I know traditionally there's a lot of deep stretches. It was actually very good. The masseuse was very attentive and made sure the pressure wasn't too much.I would love to try their other services such as foot massage and facial. This little gem will forever be my little getaway within the city :)
