Rob and his family run business are experts in the field. I've been a customer for over a decade and recently returned to rent a storage unit to find Rob Peters has expanded and now has double the space.Professional, courteous and flexible around your schedule in many cases. Excellent customer service and just good trustworthy people overall. Very happy to have such excellent service here in Sooke !!!

Wow! We used Sooke Moving and Storage for 15 months, Rob the owner is such an interesting and friendly guy and can't do enough to help you. In fact, all of the staff are great and very accommodating - Mathew and Alyssa especially.Our storage container had new paint on the boarded floor and insulation sprayed on the ceiling. Langford is only 20 minutes but waaaaay more expensive, for me, definitely worth the beautiful drive out there.

Sooke Moving and Storage was contacted in April 2022 requesting a move for the end of July 2022. Several messages were left with them to confirm details. We did speak to an office representative twice who assured us that we were on the books. Unfortunately when we finally made contact today (June 13, 2022) they had no records of our request and were unable to schedule the move. There were no apologies from the office nor any attempt to help. We do not recommend this business.

I haven't personally used their moving services, but I have had two storage units with them.Fair prices. Amazing staff, kind and helpful with huge hearts of gold. The lay-out/accessibility of 2/3s of the storage units can be a little bit frustrating, particularly if you need to access it regularly, so make sure you articulate your needs! I highly recommend Sooke Moving and Storage!!

Laura at the front desk is the most pleasant lady to speak with and personifies customer service. And Steve, well he's still working, he should be retired but obviously he's a die hard and cares about his customers and his employees. Thank you both for getting back to my client's about their move and keep on tricking. You ROCK!!
