We are so glad that we had the assistance of Ruby during our wedding planning process. Ruby came in clutch for me. I needed a month-of coordinator to help me pull all the details and strings together for our wedding. She was amazing for the get-go and got me organized in no-time. I knew Ruby from when I used to shoot weddings. I just loved how we vibed and loved how easy-going she was. I love her even more now that I got to work with her. Ruby and Cecile, her assistant, were both a joy to work with.Ruby was there to visit our wedding venue, she was there for our rehearsal and was ready to roll on our wedding day. They took a lot of stuff off my hands (helping set up, walking our vendors through where they needed to go, what they need to do and where to set up). They made sure that we were on schedule and were unfazed about things that might have gone wrong; such as making sure things still started on time after we had to evacuate the hotel for 30 mins due to a false fire alarm.They were so good at their jobs that I didn't have to stress about anything and if I was, they made sure to help as best they can. I highly recommend Ruby and her services! I would definitely jump at the opportunity to work with her again. She is highly skilled, personable, easy-going and very organized! She's also got style!

Our month-of-coordinator turned out to be a coordinator that would be there before the onset of the wedding and kept us organized and optimistic about planning a wedding during covid-19. Nobody could have ever contemplated for such a thing to happen but Ruby and her team made it happen! The meetings over the phone and in-person gave us a sense of her energy and attitude in organizing our vision for the wedding day. We thoroughly enjoyed her thinking-out-loud moments and how she envisioned things and articulating them so well for us. Her transparency and concern for us was evident even into the day-of-the-wedding and her presence was evident when confronted with distractions, she managed them with professionalism and worked inline with our own preferences. I am thoroughly glad she supported my shy-nephew by walking down the aisle with him and supported us with time management, exhibiting throughout the day an uttermost respect and rapport with our guests and bridal party.
