I spoke with Bhanu twice at the Mobile Shop in Zehrs at Cambridge Centre, Cambridge, Ontario.I want to recognize and thank Bhanu for his service, which includes his patience in answering my questions, identifying workable solutions, installing new apps, and extending my use of the iPhone.I appreciate how courteously he offers helpful advice and coaching on the use of the various apps.He solved my issues, such as putting up a Google app to improve usage, making my iPhone more effective and useful; better managing of photo collection, and setting up YouTube for movie watching in response to my question regarding Netflix.Bhanu is an exceptional service provider who presented information with a thoughtful approach. I value his patient and responsive demeanour, his perceptiveness in understanding the solutions required to improve my iPhone experience.

This was our second time choosing the Mobile Shop over the Freedom Mobile store for our new phones on an existing Freedom plan. The quality of service is so much better than Freedom stores.Alex went above and beyond finding phones in our limited budget that met our needs (Moto G power 2021)He was incredibly patient and thorough in transferring all of our data and apps over and we are very satisfied with our new phones.I would recommend this shop to anyone on a Freedom plan

The employee Alex is absolutely amazing. What a joyful, helpful, and respectful individual that not only helped me get a phone for my mother, but headphones for myself! It's not easy working during a pandemic, but Alex shows that even though times are bad you can still work with a smile (even though it's under a mask)Give this man a raise or promote him because he deserves it!!
