I've been pre ordering Flesh and Blood with these guys for years and have always gotten what I ordered. The staff are really caring and understanding of their customers and work well with new players.I really enjoy and love this store, looking forward to coming to play more often.

Terribly unprofessional handling of the online store, I ordered $30 in singles and paid a little extra for faster shipping, but no movement on the order until I emailed them the day before it was supposed to arrive asking what was going on, and all they had to say was they were refunding me the extra shipping, no update on the order, so when I asked again, I got no reply. A shipping label was printed but they didn’t actually ship the items until 6pm the following day. In short they didn’t even try to ship my order until THE DAY it was supposed to arrive. They also refunded cards in my order without saying anything about why, so buyer beware they’re probably going to sell you cards they don’t own, and then hope you forget about your order.I don’t know about the in person experience, maybe it’s fantastic but the online store is absolutely not the place to buy cards.

A wonderful experience and Great shop, That takes care of you right away. Has the best selections for card gaming, I Would recommend this to anyone definitely one of the best card gaming shops there is. Steve is a great guy and owner takes care of people right away.

One piece community is amazing and welcoming in this shop, the staff however is an absolute mess. We arrive for scheduled event 30 minutes early and signed up on the Bandai app days prior to the event. Upon arrival, one of the staff told us that they were not taking entry fees yet until everybody arrives. We sat down and waited about 45 minutes only to find out tournament has begun and with none of the staff announcing that they're taking entries or even roll call. We asked the owner of there was anyway we can still join without entry promo pack and just atleast play for the evening, he denied us that option because the tournament is capped". The owner also claims that we can use store credit on their website to sign up for events

I ordered the warhammer 40k foil mtg decks back in early September, and later received an email that they supposedly didn't have the stock to cover what they had sold. Which was fine, these things happen and after a month or so I got an email saying that they would send me my product if the had it or give me a refund. Cool I was fine with that. Fast forward several months though and they haven't given me an update, refund, or responded to any of my email where I've been way more polite than I should have been. I guess moral of the story is to do your research before buying from places like this.

Poor communications does not responded to emails. I placed a pre-order late Feburary and every store around me has stock since the release of the product May 5th. There has been no update on my order it has not shipped and no response to my request as what is happening. I reached out again to cancel my order and still no response. I would not order from here again. I am still waiting on my refund.Update. I finally got a hold of someone and they where polite and issued the Refund right away. I understand sometimes stock my be out of their control but I still feel communication was lacking for their online customers.

Avoid pre-orders at their store. They will scam you.I pre-ordered 1500$+ worth of booster boxes in two separate orders. Two weeks after release, none of my orders had been shipped. I tried contacting them through their support email several times but received no reply. I had to call the store directly for them to finally ship one of my two orders. I called back a few weeks later for my second pre-order and they told me they were out of stock and would order more. Two months later and it was still out of stock, so I requested a refund. They charged me 10% fee on the refund (don't get scammed by their illegal store policy; under the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to receive a FULL refund if the seller fails to fulfill your order within 30 days of purchase). I escalated the issue to PayPal to get the full amount I was owed.

Great experience with the store, staff, and the community.I started playing one piece as my first card game and the hosted events for one piece have been great. The staff have been awesome with helping their customers deal with issues from using the Bandi app, which are unfortunately quite pervasive it seems.If you’re looking for a card game store I can’t recommend red riot enough.

By far my worst pre-ordering experience. Judging by other reviews it seems I am not the only one having issues dealing with this store. I pre-ordered three one piece binders and a romance dawn booster box back in October. Upon official release of the binders I get no shipping confirmation for at least a week. I then tried emailing the store twice within a week with no response. Finally after two weeks I get a response from facebook only for them to tell me two of my binders are gone. I got a refund for those thankfully. When I received the third binder it was RE-SEALED. The binder had been opened with the booster pack missing. This was a massive disappointment.Fast forward to today they are completely ignoring my messages regarding an update to my booster box. At this point I realize I got scammed. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold it to someone else for a much higher price. Avoid pre-ordering at this store!
