Such bad nails. The service was okay but I left with my nails looking chunky and dirty, there was polish on my fingers after I left and they didn’t even clean it on a scale of 1-10 I’m giving them a 2/10.

I went to that salon because it was recommended to me but the lady who did the job to me did not do her job well. my nails looked totally fake, poorly finished and she was constantly telling me with an annoyed face I'm not done yet. Bad shaping done.

The worst place you can gofor nail.The person who did mine took almost ten mins to draw the checkerboard pattern on one fingernail, and because of that she had to continuously touch my phone screen which ended up leaving some gel paints on my phone screen. And she didn’t even clean up that so I had to do it myself. Also, she was kept forgetting to turn on the gel lamp so I had to ask her or had to press it for myself. And She was already impressed with her work after a multiple attempts to draw and said it looked much better..i admit it, that I do have very weak nail due to continuous gel nail and she didn’t apply additional protective clear gel/gel powder, so now I have nails which bend like a piece of paper. Please don’t say I didn’t ask for that additional service. I’m not a professional nail artist. If you’re really a professional, you know what you need to do especially when you are dealing with customers with different nail conditions.

I called and they said I could come for a pedicure. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes. No one even said anything to me. Finally she says it is going to be a few minutes. I sit for another 10 minutes. No one says anything to me. I go up to her and tell her what’s going on. She basically tells me she’s sorry she can’t get me. Why tell me to come there? It was a waste of time and it was a horrible rainy day to come all the way there. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Great experience. Called on new year's eve to book an appt for that same day - they booked an appt for me for that afternoon with no problem. Very attentive service. My technician (I think her name was Queenie) was excellent, very professional and focused. I asked for red acrylics with extensions, nails turned out beautiful. Thank you so much Elegancy Nails.

Horrible service. The lady cut me 3 times while buffering my nails, she buffered my skin too. She sprayed alcohol on, did nothing to stop the bleeding, except make it hurt. Then when she applied the nail polish, she spilled outside the nail and on my skin where she cut me, then she used nail polish remover on the cuts, it stung so badly, and she kept saying oh sorry. Then at the end when she massaged my legs with way too much lotion, she rubbed on the cuts again, not mindful at all.Horrible service, no apology or even offering to give me a discount or even give the appointment for free, which is what they should off done, because it was NOT worth $50. I gave $0 tip, and was very nice about it all in the clinic, but I won't let it go unnoticed how horrible the service was and how unprofessional it was.She also managed to say when I commented on the nice spa music, that it was the boss who put it on when she was there, but she didn't like it, so when the boss wasn't there they'd put on more upbeat music..I do not recommend this place, and I will NEVER go back.

good place to go to color my nails. A nice lady named “We” serviced，she gave me a great recommendation of color. The price is reasonable. $42 includes fix nails+color+massage!

I regularly visit Elegancy Nail Studio to get pedicures and acrylic fills with Conny. Conny is fantastic with ingrown nails (I need to get pedicures about once a month to deal with this).Conny ensures there is a liner in my foot-soak (I understand some clients do not like liners so just request one). All tools are properly sterilized in a autoclave and sealed (which they open in front of you.When I am booking in multiple people with myself we generally book Conny, Heather and Wei and everyone is always happy with the service and their nails.
