Not very happy with my visit to McDonalds Lacombe. First I was minor annoyed. Outside there is an advertisement for $1 medium coffee. That is what brought me in. In actual fact the server told me the sale ended yesterday." Fine

i live here in lacombe and honestly this is the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been too. one of the longest wait times like i get that you guys get busy but holy, they constantly mess orders up, they don’t even give you straws with your drinks, they can’t understand you, they add items that you don’t even ask for.i’m not a person of discrimination, but hire some people that know what they are doing. It’s honestly pathetic.

We just went for a coffee and most of the staff are great. Then you get the one who can't be bothered to do the job hired for. So to all that work in customer service, it is your job to be polite it's not the customer's fault your having a bad day. If it was a customer that made you feel that way it's not all the rest of you're customers problem.

Got a Mcflurry last week. Didn't have any sauce in it. Was just white soft serve ice cream. Did not taste very good without sauce or candy in it. Would've just preferred to buy myself a cone if I had known I would of gotten a plain ice cream.

Recently ordered online through feastify, for a double quarter pounder BLT meal, got a single with no BLT but did get a hair the length of my arm in my burger. Please wear a hair net for Christ sake.

Same Old MacDonald. The burgers were very good the fries were fresh very extra crispy. The customer service is great they made your order how you wanted it.

Consistently bad experiences. Undercooked starchy hash browns, horrible coffee, cold food, soggy or rock hard heat lamped fries, Missing or inaccurate items. Always long wait times, drive thru backed up.10 min wait for 2 mcdoubles. 15 min wait for a big Mac meal, both times with an empty lobby. Someone cleared my order off the screen and walked away, had to ask someone else for my coffee to be made.

Not very clean. They seemed to be understaffed so I can cut them some slack but they need to be better with the cleaning. The food was cold, McD fries need to be fresh.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever recieved from any mcdonalds period. Not a single time have I ever gone to this location in the last 5 years and not have a bloody issue! Rude employees, internet doesn't work, others are served meals before I can even get a single pop even tho I ordered 5 orders ahead of them, my orders are always incorrect, no fries, my burgers smashed, no burger my coffee has no cream. Who ever manages this location should absolutely be ashamed of themselves and I can bet money that if health and safety took a look around they'd be upset to see the dirty place you consider a restaurant, garbage are always full, trash all over the parking lot, tables are filthy, hand prints over every window, wrappers laying in the kitchen on the floor, employees eating and drinking in food prep areas. Just absolutely disgusting and sorry sorry excuse for service.
