I’ve been seeing Dr. Staffen for over a year now and can say he has made me a believer. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Very professional. Massage therapist Jenna is also a professional friendly and very knowledgeable.Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Highly recommend this office. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Chiropractors and RMTs take the time to give you client specific care and help you to feel your best self using a natural holistic approach. I have been seeing Dr. Staffen since I was young and have been bringing my daughters to him since they were babies. Front desk is always friendly and helpful!

Excellent office, quick and flexible scheduling, great staff, fantastic chiropractors and massage therapists. This was the only practice willing to see me on short notice. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The service and overall experience was and has been excellent. I would gladly recommend New Sudbury Chiropractic to anyone looking for quality care.

I love this place. People are always so nice and happy. But the reason I love this place is because of Dr Mike Staffen. I can't thank him enough he saved my life not once but many times, when the doctors could only feed me pills. The first time was 20 plus years ago, first time I saw Dr Mike. I had a work injury with my back and the doctor told me my two lower disc were damaged and that I would be in a wheelchair within six months. That's when Dr Mike worked his magic and with lot's of hard work had me up and walking around in no time with no pills and guess what, I'm still not in a wheelchair, but if I would of listened to that doctor I probably would be. There's been other times where Dr Mike has helped me but the latest one is with my Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, again doctors couldn't do nothing but give me pain pills. I see him now twice a week and been back at work, playing sports and enjoying life. Also when I'm in need of a good treatment I get a good massage from Jenna she makes my cry lol but feels great after.Thanks to all the staff as well

This chiropractic office is the best I’ve ever been to. It’s atmosphere is not only aesthetically pleasing, but professional and enjoyable. The Doctors, RMT’s and staff are AMAZING! My entire family has been here for chiropractic care and I trust Dr. Staffen wholeheartedly. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Everything about this place is awesome . Anytime my back begins to act up and get sore I can get a same day appointment with Dr. Staffen. His chiropractic skills are second to none. I'm a big guy so it takes a lot of strength to adjust my lower back.The massage staff is also outstanding. I've used Sara Deschamps many times and have been so impressed with her ability.My 10 year old son was diagnosed with Functional abdominal pain syndrome. He was bed ridden for 4 months with extreme stomach and back back. To be honest I brought him to the clinic out of desperation. Sick kids Toronto, and numerous doctors in Dudbury told me there was nothing they could do only time could heal my son. Well after the 1st adjustment from Dr. Staffen my sons pain improved. We continued adjustments for another 2 months. His pain dropped from a 7 to a 3 thanks to Dr. Staffen .I then booked him an appointment with RMT Sara Deschamps for a back massage. After the treatment my son was crying because his pain was gone.I'm forever greatful for everyone at New Sudbury Chiropractic and Wellness Centre.

Dr. Staffen has been a quality of life saver....if it wasnt for him I probably would not be walking. This in combination with my message therapist (Ali)...makes for excellent care plan showing results!The front staff, could not be more professional,understanding orkinder.

The First adjustment I got was good but only adjusted my back. I asked if he could you do something with my shoulder and he literally said ill do something with it next visit." Is that not what people go to you for is to get adjusted and then denied an adjustment? I went back for a second adjustment and I asked the same thing. This time he tapped my shoulder a few times which did nothing. 4 visits in and still yet to actually help relieve the pain my shoulder. Also every time I visit it feels very rushed. every visit was less than 15 min and that's after asking him about my shoulder every time. I don't think 15 min is worth $45 as other places I get 30 min or longer for the same price and actually not hurting after I leave those other places. I will not be wasting my time and money here anymore"
