Very disappointed with their work as well as their customer service.I gave 5 pants for alterations, done shabbily, and cut off laa the extra, so if it is not correct it can't be fixed. The pants were all wrinkled as if they were thrown around, not ironed after altering,One pant was fixing the waist and length, only length was done but was charged $40.00 for the one pant. Now I have to go back.When I complained, the attendant just stares at me not saying anything.So if you want shabby work, with the full cost, and no assistance from customer service this place is for you, otherwise go someplace else.

Mai is the absolute best! She could give lessons in expert customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years and her work is impeccable. Thank you Mai!

Very friendly and helpful people at stitch it! I always have a waist gap in my jeans, but Mai was able to make the waist fit perfectly. Turnaround time was a week, which is reasonable given its prom/grad season. I will definitely return to Stitch It for alterations in the future.

Mai was AWESOME. Was trying to get a sports garment altered and went to 3 different locations and all told me the same thing - We can't do what you want". Mai said the same thing

Came here after Pro Stitch - the other place in the mall failed to have my item ready when they promised and in addition gave me a new price much higher than originally quoted. I ended up picking up my item and coming to Stitch it to see if I’m off chance they would be able to help. Saba was friendly and took on my order right away promising it to be ready same day! The quote was also what the first place originally quoted me. I picked up my item two hours later done as I hoped.Also this place has a good system which will text you to confirm your order and then notify when order is ready. No need to have a paper ticket you hope not to lose.Very happy with this experience!

Do not get your clothes altered here unless you want your clothes ruined! I brought in my formal suit pants to get the waist taken in and the hem brought up 1 inch not 3 inches. You have to pre-pay so they have your money. When I tried my pants on they were way too short and the waist was still too big! They should have been hemmed by hand not machine. You could see the stitches and it looked horrible. She redid them and didn't remove the old hem so there was a lump of thread and their press is broken so they were returned all wrinkled no apologies!! There is a language barrier and the 2 women do not know what they are doing. There is another alteration place upstairs beside the dry cleaner. I will be going there for all of my future alterations. What a waste of time and money, and my pants are still ruined. I would have given zero stars but in order to write a review you have to give a star.

We have been using Stitch It at Coquitlam Centre for a number of years. Mai and her team do an amazing job, no matter what we have asked of them. First rate tailors!

Had and excellent experience with this place in the past (no, really, whoever worked on a defective gown I brought in last year did an absolutely amazing job, when she was done with it, it looked good as new and fit me like a glove).Flash forward to this year:I brought in my Dolce & Gabbana skirt to be taken in.Before and after pictures are attached.Not really sure what happened.I just wish someone would have stopped at some point and told me they were having trouble with the top of the zipper. I could have taken it somewhere else.I’m trying to stay positive as this was a hideously expensive skirt and I don't see myself being reimbursed for it. On the plus side, the skirt fits me now, and it looks decent from the outside.

Mei is the best you can find anywhere always bring my high end clothing articles to her specifically! Only person I trust in the lower mainland at the best price.

ALWAYS TAKE A PICTURE BEFORE SENDING YOUR CLOTHES IN. Be careful because the Malaysian lady will not only ruin your clothes but also be racist to you. Especially if she discovers are mandarin speaking.I asked her to not cut the edge because the material will be frayed. She not only cut it, did a poor job and made it uneven, but also lied saying that the pants came in precut. When confronted, she told me “people like you always make me so angry”.Everyone make mistakes, so I can forgive her for accidentally forgetting that I asked her to not cut it. But the least she could have done is own up to her mistake and apologize for it. And not being a racist
