Dental Fix service techs came onsite with their mobile workshop to repair broken handpiece. I've looked around and so far they are the most convenient and reliable service I've used yet!

Don't waste you time with them. They are operated by very inexperienced franchisees who spends 90% of their time on site (yet talking to HQ on the phone) trying not to look dumb while diagnosing it remotely. They also charge you by the hour while nothing is being fixed... regardless of outcome. Would you pay your accountant to try and do your taxes? Ridiculous model. Horrible operators. And I have experienced that with 3 different locations acrossed Ontario.

Great selection of items for pickup. Ray was helpful. Had all the hand instruments I needed as well as great price on repair of my high speed handpiece.Recommend to anyone looking for dental instruments and service

If I could rate a ZERO star I would.Sale rep Olu is very nice, however the company sends their instruments to the USA to be retipped. We had an issue with rust and Dental Fix said that the company they work with in the USA is saying all of the instruments we sent back are not what they originally received from us. This is absolutely insane, my mind is blown. Dental Fix is not doing anything about it either. So disappointed...would not recommend.

Good place for routine dental materials with fair price I would say. Helpful especially if you're student/NDEB applicant. But be prepared to spend around an hour if you're a student as the billing takes unreal amount of time. That is if you're buying more than a couple things.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan from mississauga location. I had some broken dental equipment and portable compressor that needed to serviced. Jordan was a pleasure to deal with, upfront, clear and concise as to what needed to be done and advised if something was repairable or not.I went into the office to pick up my equipment when it was ready and he showed me all parts that were repaired and also installed a digital ready for my statim.I am pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Dental Fix.
