Our oven quit working in the middle of Christmas cookie baking. We ran over to Ray's and they were able to get a new one delivered to us the very next day. Service above and beyond!! I highly recommend this store.

Rays came through for us when others wouldn't. Our fridge was on the outs and we ordered one thru menards back in July and still no Eta on delivery, Ray's had thesame one but cheaper in stock, lesson learned, go to Ray's first

0 stars for service. Bluemke’s used to service my washer and dryer and sadly have stopped doing it. They suggested Ray’s on their website. Brian came out to diagnose the dryer. If he would have done basic troubleshooting he would have found out that the dryer plug was wired incorrectly. Incorrect diagnosis left me with close to $350 in parts that I didn’t need and being charged $120 for an incorrect diagnosis. I asked to be credited for the misdiagnosis and they would not. They charged me for the parts I didn’t need. Both times Brian came out to put a part in, he did not wait around 15 minutes to make sure that the dryer was working properly. He asked me to text him if it still wasn’t working. Unacceptable! As a small business owner, if I cannot supply the client with what they want they are given a refund. It is such a struggling and scary time for small business owners and I just flushed $500 down the toilet and had a dryer that didn’t work properly for a month and a half. Call Silica instead.
