Michele is an amazing property manager! She is by far the best I have ever had and is extremely fast to reply and get issues sorted out. She puts the tenants first and takes care of everything. I wish she was able to be the property manager for my current housing because she is so great. She 100% deserves a raise for the work she puts into managing relationships with tenants. She's amazing!

My mom has lived in her condo for 7 year; no issues. Lionheart takes over 3 months ago, tells my 81 year old widowed pensioner mother that she has to pay for the removal of a beautiful ivy on the side of her condo that was there when she moved in 7 years previous. Also charged her $25 for the FIRST notification letter. When I called to tell them that she would comply but please refund the $25 for the letter, they said no".Evil company. I will be working with my mom and her neighbours to get her old management company back. Also working to initiate a City of London environmental assessment. If are having similar issues

Oops, looks like someone forgot to follow up with the lawn contractor...A dead tree, among a sea of dandelions, dead bushes and weeds in the flowerbed, is not the expected standard of maintenance for our Hamilton property. This definitely affects curb appeal and presents negatively to the neighbours. Our neighbour actually asked me last week why we were so messy... We corresponded with our property manager a few weeks ago, and were informed that there is a spring inspection. Even though the current low standard is years old, we hope that brings results soon...

Really bad experience with this company We do not recommend this realtor to manage your property because they really do not work for you, but for the tenants.We were informed by the person in charge (Michele Devine) that, there were a mother and two adult children occupying the house, but as it turned out there were two families living in the property subletting rooms.This company never overlooked the property and not even transferred it back over to us.After four years, when the tenants moved out, no one cared, neither was accountable for; a closet furniture was taken by them, the walls painted In dark colors were not painted back in neutral ones, as the contract stated. A total destruction of the carpet, which was not the expected regular ware and tare, mostly in the basement….etc., etc.…If you need a property manager for you house please look for someone that really works for you.

I have used Lionheart for management of a rental property for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Lionheart has provided a seamless service, sending me helpful reminders and (extremely) prompt communication. They’re always available to answer questions and really make the process easy. As a property owner who lives outside of London, I know I can rely on Lionheart to take care of my property in my absence. Thank you, Lionheart!

Unfortunately, our condo switched over to Lionheart. Since switching, we’ve had nothing but issues. Someone named “Laurie” has been assigned to our building, I’m honestly not sure she exists since she doesn’t answer her phone, return calls/messages, or respond to emails. Many people in our building as petitioning the board to switch to another company, hopefully they are successful.

I was told my March Condo fee would not be taken as I sold the place at the end of February (email proof). My March condo fee was taken. It is now Mid April and I continuously either get no response or a run around of another departments responsibility" to return my Condo Fee. Zero progress. Resorting to leaving a bad review so someone can hopefully return my money owed."

We had a wonderful experience with Michelle at Lionheart property management. We suddenly found ourselves in a position where we had to move quickly, due to our landlord selling their property. Michelle helped us find a wonderful new condo within walking distance of our son’s school. She was very professional and friendly. Any questions or request we had were answered promptly.
