Best experience I have ever had at a bike shop. Dave is a straight shooter and he knows what he is talking about. Absolutely great customer service. They never try to upsell you anything and they get what needs to be done done!I strongly recommend this shop!

Great place for used parts. A bit pricey for me today but at the end of the day the friendly staff and great service makes it all worth the price of admission.

Went into this guy's shop with hat in hand" to get my WIFE'S bike fixed...because it was a YAMAHA SCOOTER...I got shot to the back of the bus and as he said why would I work on you bike when I could work on a bike job that pays more. I thought a SHOP RATE IS A SHOP RATE AND WHATS THE DIFFERENCE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEFINITELY NOT AT THIS BUSINESS. PS GUY...I HAVE TWO OF THESE BIKES AND I WAS ALSO GOING TO GET WORK DONE ON BOTH BIKES. NOT NOW. FOUND A WAY BETTER SHOP."

I sent a parts request using PartsHotline.ca. SMW replied quickly and their prices were good. Parts were shipped across the country, no problem. Will do business with them again!

I stopped by to inquire about getting a clutch cable replaced. Owner was short said he's busy and would charge someone $150 just to pump their tires as he has so much work. Also said he couldn't be bothered to source the part and I would have to bring it to him and then wait till he had the time. Good for you buddy, I'll take my business elsewhere

Called to get some pricing info as well as approximate time to do the work. Never has someone been so rude on the phone while asking basic questions. I had called two other shops before these guys, and not only were they friendly, but both were also cheaper. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Only been there once to make an appointment for this saturday... Im preemptively giving them 5 stars as a sign of good faith and a pathetic attempt to assuage any price gouging like the last place I used to take my bike... Fingers crossed!!

I had a service appointment with them but I arrived late.Dave take anyway my wife scooter (an650) and few hrs later he called me to let me know all is done.this shop it is AMAZING.

Was looking for a stock (Honda) muffler for my Honda Shadow Aero 2012, found thousands of mufflers online but none seemed to match... a highly perplexing exercise. Until Google sent me to Supersport Motorcycle Works in Langley. Dave right away told me: “I have two that would fit your bike”. Price was a fraction of what I would have paid for new Honda mufflers. Dave was generous with his time, explaining how to describe the muffler to my mechanic who told me: Yes, buy it! Went there, bought the thing (solid chrome, like in the good old days). My mechanic installed it quickly. It looks great on my bike, looks brand new! In fact, it beautifies my bike. Thanks, Dave.
