We have been working with Brendan Herbus on our insurance claim process. It has been a very difficult situation and Brendan and his team have made a traumatic event easier to process. Brendan has provided superior customer service in that he has shared his knowledge and has prioritized us each step of the way. We have relied on his expertise in making big decisions and he has kept us safe in the bio hazard claims we are currently dealing with.

BioClean was an absolute pleasure to work with when I received water damage in my basement from a complete hot water leak.Lee Beaucage was assigned to our claim. The clean up process, purchase scopes and rebuilds were done with sterling quality and quickly.Lee and his team made this huge process easy and stress free. I had Gilson and Angel come to my house to repair water damage from a flood we had in our basement. They did amazing work! We had other holes in our wall from a dart board that they repaired for us as well. Above and beyond workers!

Bioclean was involved in everything necessary to get our recent basement sewage mishap to a safe healthy livable space again ready for rebuild. Chris was a great communicator in explaining how to go forward and all the staff involved were very courteous and careful with personal belongings. They all made our situation a lot less stressful. I would not hesitate to use them again if, god forbid, the same thing was to happen again.

BioClean Disaster Services responded immediately to the property and rectified the flood problem and then immediately started the restoration process. The project was lead by Lee-Raymond Beaucage and I couldn’t have been happier with his excellent service.Lee kept me apprised of the project the entire way through until completion. He was an amazing resource and was able to provide recommendations and good advice to ensure the project was completed efficiently and met all codes.Lee went above and beyond in customer service and BioClean would be an easy recommend from me for anybody that has water, fire, or other disaster repairs.

Bio-Clean responded quick to a sewer backup. They promptly contacted me to make arrangements in order to get things cleaned up. Lee was fabulous at organizing and instructing the crew. They got things cleaned up and started the remodel right away. The flooring was organized by Lee and he was great at meeting with the plumber and floor layer so I didn’t have to miss work. I am very happy with the end results and appreciate all Bio-Clean did to make a bad situation better. Thank you so much everyone involved in cleaning and restoring my basement!

BioClean Disaster Services was involved immediately after our basement flood caused from the volume of water blowing off our sump pump hose. Their team tour out all the damaged materials and disposed of the garbage immediately. They sprayed many times to get rid of the smell. They did our rebuild and stayed within our insurance budget. Shout out to Ben and his teams. Angel and Boris were amazing as were many others.I would highly recommend using them.
