Had such a great experience from pick up to drop off. Kobe was so helpful and patient. He took the time to explain my rental situation as it was through ICBC. He also provided great suggestions on my rental. Will definitely go back for any car rental needs.

Hertz Car Rental
They charged my credit card by mistake again 2 months after my rental was completed. They admitted to the mistake only after I adamantly disputed their claim, but were not willing to fix the problem. They told me to contact my bank to submit a dispute, which involved a long wait and hassle.

My daughter had a mishap with her car so we needed a courtesy car while No 1 Collision did the repairs to her Audi. Kobe Chan was great with my daughter and went over and above what was expected!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!!

I had a positive experience while attending Hertz car rental, located beside the Richmond Benz No 1 Collision Repair Centre. Kobe was very understanding/accommodating to the uniqueness of my vehicle situation, knowledgeable in company procedures, interactive and friendly. Very customer-oriented staff, so I want to commend him for his outstanding service.If you are looking for car rental, ask for Kobe for a reasonable price quote. Besides English, he is fluent in Cantonese and likely Mandarin as well. This Hertz location receives a 5-star rating because of Kobe's excellent service.

I am not sure why other customers are upset with this location, as this is the best car rental I have ever dealt with. Kobe, in particular is not only efficient and courteous, but he is also an extremely quick problem solver who knows exactly what the customer is looking for in terms of price and car selection. He gave me a new car to drive at a very competitive price and made sure I was comfortable driving it throughout. Definitely keeping his phone number for future use.

I'm having my Merc repaired at 11100 Cambie Road in Richmond. Adjoining the MB shop is a Hertz outlet. Giving Kobe of Hertz five stars because of his excellent service. He is patient and very courteous. Highly recommended.
