Worst postal service ever. Their drivers just card your packages before they even try to deliver it, so they dont have to actually deliver it. Ive seen a driver named hong do it many times.

The management and staff at this location worked very hard to make sure I received an incorrectly labeled parcel. The rest of Canada Post could learn a great deal from these great people. Thanks again!

It is now May 8th I have been waiting since April 14th for a letter that has been expressed shipped and the tracking number says its in my area since the 20th of April. I called the customer support line and opened a ticket #150971860 and I get a email saying they have called be and resolved the issue. I haven't received any calls or mail. I don't understand why this is happening.

I love this location! The people are very friendly and helpful. They answer any of your questions and spend time helping you figure out the best way to get something where it needs to go. At some other post offices I've felt like I'm inconveniencing the employees by asking them to do their job, but I've never had that experience here.

Canada post service is the worst before and after the strike. My boyfriend has had a package squished and the person who does his or her runs at my apartment just leaves a notice with out calling me first ive been home too when they leave the notice. Canada post you are the worst service ever it be best for you to just shut down you've already ruined Christmas

Today, October 23, 2017, I went to Canada Post on Bagot St. Downtown Kingston, ON and I was served by Jennifer Yee, postal clerk.Since the first time Jennifer was so helpful and very informative with the package that I wanted to send. She was very collaborative and always with a positive attitude and a great costumer service.People like Jennifer make the difference and find creative solutions to needs.Thank you so much Jennifer for your help and your professionalism.
