Ben showed up right on time, we looked at and discussed the job (replace two outside extended stem water taps), he gave me best and worst case and 20 minutes later, job was done. Excellent customer service, very professional, will be using for all future plumbing needs.

We Hired B-town to do the entire plumbing renovation for our new location of LA Laser & Spa in Beaumont. The install included ripping out all of the existing sanitary to the drain exiting the mechanical room. They had to re-run the new system to each treatment room, washrooms, and kitchen. Their knowledge of commercial codes actually allowed us to install plumbing to each treatment room, which we were told by others probably wouldn't be possible. Not only were they accommodating to our construction schedule, they were very professional all around. Our project came in on time and on budget.

B-Town is great. Have used them several times for various plumbing fixes and upgrades. Really like that they understand rural / well water system's needs. Definitely recommend them.

I would recommend these guys but they did make a small mistake which I had to fix once they left.I had them install a few shutoff valves, a outdoor hose bib (my old one leaked and wrecked my basement wall), and I had them install a battery backup sump pump.The plumber showed up on time.He was friendly, well prepared, and knowledgable (last year of of college program).This job took him 3.5 hours (I was billed for 4 hours). ~$750The hose bib and shutoff valves were installed well (they don't leak).The backup sump pump was installed well, except for the water level sensor. It was installed too high in the basin. It needs 9 inches of water to activate, and had I had a primary pump failure, water would be overflowing my sump basin before my backup pump went off. I just happen to read this in the manual after the plumber left and I lowered the sensor.....easy to do and all is good.I would still hire these guys again for this type of work, just check the work closely (as Im sure any homeowner would do with any contractor).

Asked for a quote to put two valves on the hot and cold water pipes .quoted 300 dollar's . Did it myself for 50 bucks including buying a pipe cutter .
