Purchased a pair of headphones from this store and really happy with their service and product. Before my order was shipped, I was given a call from a store representative (Danis or Denis - name starts with a D), and was informed that my purchase was actually an open box item when there was no indication of this on the website. I was assured that the product was not a demo and was opened to show a customer. Normally, I would be annoyed at something like this, but I have to give them credit for their honesty and proactive approach in handling this situation. When I received the item, I was satisfied with its condition and was ultimately satisfied with the whole experience. This was my first time doing business with them, but it certainly won't be my last!

I have dealt with Stacy and have to say that he gave us a top-notch service. He was very patient, answered all our questions and was always very professional and willing to help. He clearly is passionate about audio and he goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Strongly recommended.

I had a wonderful Customer Service Experience last week with Audiophile Experts. I needed a hifi piece really fast for a present for my son-in-law. The order was seamless all the way. Mélanie Perron of Audiophile Experts expedited the order beautifully, great communications and follow-up all the way. I'm in Northern New Brunswick, and I had the device in two days flat...Mélanie kept in touch at all times....honestly some of the finest customer service I have ever had.....Thanks Mélanie....I will certainly purchase from this wonderful shop again in the future....

Excellent Service. This was a first-time purchase. When Audiophile Experts didn't have the colour I ordered, they contacted me and gave me the choice of waiting 10 days for a new one in my ordered colour or a demo for a reduced price. When I told them I'd take a new one in any other colour they might have in stock, they immediately packaged up one they had and sent it, notifying me with trackable shipping details. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I will be considering Audiophile Experts for future purchase of audio equipment, and would highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with Audiophile experts. We ordered hi fi equipment -amplifier and cd player - and it was delivered fast. It was brand new equipment. But unfortunately we discovered a factory defect in amplifier. We contacted the customer service and in a couple of hours the specialist came to our house and saw the defect. In 2 days we received another amplifier which was good. Wonderful service and very nice people. In the future we will buy only from them. V. Langdon

Four days after placing my order I was advised in a curt e-mail that they were cancelling it because the billing and delivery addresses were in different provinces. Notwithstanding this bizarre deficiency in their management system, the fact that I lost 4-days in the Christmas period caused some degree of worry and scrambling to find another vendor in time for a pre-Christmas delivery. They made no effort to help with the problem - simply cancelled the order and advised me to correct the problem. I took my business elsewhere instead and recommend that you do the same.

I bought a demo turntable earlier this week and was extremely happy with my experience. Stacy was quick to respond to my inquiry about the product. It was shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition!
