We went all over the Okanagan looking for a bike for our son. Skyride offered the bike he wanted at the price he wanted. The gentleman helping was kind and very informative!! He even made sure we installed our bike rack correctly before we left. We will be back again!! Thank you for a great experience, it showed my son what to expect from customer service in the future!!

We stopped by Skyride because we needed a bike repair as we were passing through Vernon. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They fixed our bike right away while we enjoyed the lake. I would highly recommend Skyride to anybody. Thanks again for the great service!!

Very happy with the team at Skyride. Purchased an e-mountain bike for myself and a bike for my daughter in the past year. They spent a lot of time explaining the different options and getting the bike setup correctly and quickly on both purchases and have been great in making some requested changes.

My favourite bike shop! Terrence was friendly, interested, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, and had the part in house. He fit me in right away, no appointment, and had me out the door in 30 minutes. I will drive all the way across town to Skyride, just to be assured of great service

These guys are the best in town to deal with hands down. Not pushy with sales and easy to talk to. They don't have the bike brands I prefer but I will take my bike there anyway due to the service they proved.
