These guys are simply the best. Prices are very fair and their positive energy is contagious. I was stressing out thinking my junk removal was going to be difficult, but Dayne and his right hand man took care of it with ease. Even shared a few laughs. Expect a repeat customer.

We had an excellent experience with EZ Junk. I had researched a few other companies and when it came down to choosing one, I decided on EZ Junk because of their responsiveness, ease of booking, detailed website and customer service. I had emailed a few companies but I hadn't heard back from them and was on a timeline. After searching on google one evening, I found the EZ Junk website and used their live chat function and had my questions answered. When it came down to booking a rental bin, Dayne (who I was talking to on the live chat) called me right away and completed the booking. Delivery was scheduled a few days later and was delivered during the time range given. Appreciated the quick response time as my texts were responded to very quickly. I also appreciated that their website was clear and easy to read, specifically what items were accepted and what items weren't. One thing that I was worried about with other companies was whether a rental bin could fit in the driveway as other companies had said on their website that there was a requirement to leave 20-50 feet of extra space in addition to the bin size for their truck to put the bin in place. EZ Junk has a hook-lift truck so they can maneuver the bins easily without the need for a lot of extra space! I highly recommend EZ Junk for your junk removal needs!

Upon calling EZ Junk the night before, I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me of their arrival window between 9 to 10 am the next day (called on Thursday, showed up Friday). However, my expectations were exceeded when Dayne, the owner, and his partner arrived promptly before 9:30 am. From the moment they arrived, they exuded a friendly and professional demeanour, and followed instructions to a tee.In no time at all, they efficiently removed a queen bed frame, as well as a variety of boxes and bags from my home. It was impressive to see how seamlessly they worked together, as they were in and out within 10 minutes, leaving my space feeling lighter and more organized.But what really stood out to me was their affordability, which was considerably more reasonable than other junk removal companies I have worked with in the past.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by EZ Junk. These guys are absolute champs. It's hard to imagine how our business would function without theirs. They're on time, on budget, friendly, responsible and awesome. Dayne is exemplary. I was so pleased with Dayne's service. He was very informative about all the processes of removing furniture from my son's bedbug infested apartment. I have never dealt with an issue like this before and it was all very traumatic to me. He was very responsive with pick up and removal. He provided some very helpful information and assured me that this is not about uncleanness but a building issue. This is not, however, a fact. About fair pricing, well I don't know because as I said I have never dealt with this before. He did explain everything about pricing especially with a hazardous matter like bedbugs. I was willing to pay his price as I believe it was very competitive. Hopefully everyone does not need to go through what I have.

Definitely the best junk removal service we have used over the past 25 years. The prices are very good and the service always on time.
