I must say, what a fantastic dealership to do business with, honest, forthcoming, and no hidden agendas.I regrettably purchased my 2021 Dodge Durango elsewhere during the pandemic, as the specific spec I wanted wasn’t available locally and no one was willing to dealer trade at that time, so I ended up Purchasing from Menzies in Whitby. What I will say is that Menzies did not PDI my vehicle correctly, handed me my keys and sent me on my way. There was some minor dings, and the exhaust was misaligned and some issues with the front bumper.I took it into Eichenbergs and their service team looked after my needs immediately and even gave me a nice loaner in the meantime while the warranty work was being completed.Outstanding Dealer! If you’re planning on purchasing a new or used vehicle I HIGHLY recommend Eichenberg Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler!I won’t make the mistake of buying elsewhere ever again, thank you guys! great place for sales and services. people are very friendly and kind. they don't push if you just want to browse. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the years and almost all services I get done at this dealership only. rarely elsewhere and that is only if something has to be done quickly and the winter weather is not so great for me driving 1.5 hours to get there. otherwise enjoy the drive.

Eichenberg, is a great Chrysler dealer great sales staff, great order parts staff good mechanics, everyone's friendly treat you like family highly recommended if you are a Chrysler person.

Very happy with my experience purchasing a used Jeep from Bob Cain at Eichenberg Motors! It was pleasant right from the beginning with how well I was treated as a walk-in tire kicker to Bob completely demonstrating all the features of my Jeep when I picked it up. He even noticed that a small tool kit was missing and immediately supplied one! I would recommend Eichenberg Motors to anyone looking for a car or truck! :-)

Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler JL from Eichenberg in Sept 2018. Jake did a great job answering our questions and finding a Jeep that met our needs. We couldn't get them to budge much on the price but they threw in a few extras and in the end we got good value for our money. Very happy with our purchase.

Efficient service. I managed to book in a service appointment for the next morning at 8:30. It was a small job and they tackled it in 30 minutes. Very courteous and friendly staff.
