I am writing to share my experience with Quinzecent and Brivia as a Developer. its been three years I have a contract with them and I have been attempting to negotiate the return of my deposit due to a potential breach of contract . However, despite my numerous attempts to reach out to the company, I did not receive any response. Moreover, I found that the terms of the contract were not fully explained to me, and that the work was not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.In my opinion, communication and transparency are key factors in any successful business relationship, and unfortunately, these elements were lacking in my experience with Quinzecent and Brivia. Additionally, I would like to caution potential buyers against using their recommended mortgage broker, as my experience with them was also unsatisfactory.While my experience was disappointing, I believe it is important to share it so that others can make informed decisions about doing business with these companies. I encourage potential buyers to thoroughly review any contracts and carefully consider their options before making any commitments. Hopefully, this feedback will help Quinzecent and Brivia improve their business practices and approach towards customer satisfaction

Je suis allé visiter le leurs bureau suite a une invitation mais j'étais vraiment déçu de leurs manque de professionnalisme et le courtier était tellement irrespectueux !puisqu'on ne voulait pas signer le jour même que je lui ai fais les remarques et les j'ai quitté. il s'est montré tanné de nos questions. dommage pour le projet d'avoir un courtier pareil.

Très beau projet de condominiums je recommande fortement equipe très professionnel très beau projet à l'écoute de vos besoin super promoteur immobilier ..( futur propriétaire )!!

I really loved my experience as fist time buyer. Everone was nice ,the buying process was very easy and they explained how every step would pan out . Im glad that they have very good staff that knows what they’re doing.
