Ryan did a good job walking us through the home and explaining the details in a manor everyone understood. When doing our final walk through we noticed something was missed during the home inspection and after emailing him he was very sympathetic about the issue and helped us with the issue which I appreciated muchly. He is fantastic and friendly to deal with. He was particularly good with coming up with an energy-efficiently plan for my house. Ryan did our home inspection. I feel that he did a very thorough job inspecting our house when we bought it. He found several issues which we were then able to present to the seller for them to fix. I feel that he had our best interest at heart. I would recommend him to anyone!
