22 Tundra Engine failure....It's a sad world we live in when a corporation like Toyota can sell a product but not have the proper parts to repair when broken. It's been over a month now since my engine failed. No eta on parts. I am now paying a monthly payment for a truck that I cannot drive. Instead I'm stuck with an uncomfortable Ford F150. If I wanted a Ford, I would've went to buy a Ford. Toyota seems to think they are doing me a solid by paying for rental, which I paid for through extended warranty purchase. No offer to buy back the vehicle, refund, trade in, nothing. Toyota used to have a good reputation, but I would think twice because of you have problems, ya, it's covered, but you might not see your vehicle for a while. I am especially upset as my truck is my work vehicle, it's my office, I run my business out of it, and now Toyotas inability to repair it in a timely manner, is greatly affecting my business. I seriously regret buying an import vehicle. The companies are from the other side of the world, and definitely don't care about their customers or they would take responsibility for building a defective product. Making people wait for parts is unacceptable.

Entered in to an agreement to purchase a trade in 2 months ago. It took a week after the expected arrival date for the dealership to advise that they do not have the truck. Prompt communication would have been appreciated.

My husband bought a 2022 Tundra truck and it's only 1yr old and the engine blew on us while driving on the hwy. It was so scary we almost got into an accident the cars behind us were going fast and our truck just basically stopped. We had no where safe to pull over cause of the snow on the side of the road. We had our daughter with us and cars flying by us and transports. We bought this truck because of the reputation it has for being one of the best trucks to buy. Me and my kids don't feel safe now getting back into that truck. Putting a new engine in it is not going to make me feel safe again.

Generally customer service is very good. Have gotten detailing few times here and I’d advise saving your money and bring your car elsewhere. Poorly done. Very frustrating when the manager of detailing insinuates residue left on interior of your car was caused by you, however that residue wasn’t there prior to being brought in. Poorly handled will not bring my Lexus for detailing at laking again.

Bought my new Toyota Camry 2023 from here. Marcus was very helpful, direct and honest about any questions I had. He was also very responsive. I had a smooth experience in buying the vehicle. The associates at financing and delivery also were very patient and explained all the details of the purchase to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Toyota or any used cars. Start by asking for Marcus after you walk in :)
