Great service! Only thing is I wish they would have cleaned the leaked ink outside the printer as well, instead of stuffing the printer back in the same messy inked up garbage bag I brought it in (which was to protect my car). Other than that, I will go back for sure!

Brought my MS Surface 7 for to get a diagnosis on the reason why the external keyboard was not responsive. Jerry confirmed that the laptop port was damaged.Although he was not able to repair it as the cost would be more than the value of the laptop, he gave us some good advice on how to proceed.I recommend this company for any computer repair services.

Received excellent service and got an extremely quick turnaround for something that Can. Comp. said would take 3-7 days of my computer being in their store! With GCOM I had my computer back in half a day. Poor service at the chain store lead to me discovering this store. Clean new store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will very happily support this business again.

I took my computer into GCOM because, while working on it, the screen suddenly turned black. Although they took considerable time working on the hard drive, which was the problem, they unfortunately, were unable to retrieve any of the data. In essence, my hard drive was dead.I appreciate their attempts, have no doubts about their technical expertise, and would use use them again if I ever, God, forbid, have another problem.The staff were pleasant and easy to deal with.Sharyn Heagle.

My old laptop broke down, I decided to bring it to GCOM for repair because of the good reviews they have received. Both Jerry and Dave were very helpful, honest and patient. When it was clear that I really needed a new laptop, Jerry provided me with a list of recommendations based on my requirements. After I bought the new unit, they set it up and transfered files between the new and old at a reasonable cost in a timely manner. I am very happy with their services and will return to GCOM for my future computer needs.
