Rapid Overhead Garage Door
Absolutely irresponsible and unreliable. Had to wait for part to order for almost 2 months, it's still not done. I'd get promise a call back with the status and given bunch excuses every time I call and never got any status call back. I'd give -5 rating if I could. I'm calling other company. It was such an frustrating experience trying to work with him.

Rapid Overhead Garage Door was very friendly and professional. I had a new garage door and opener put in by them a couple weeks ago. I got a really good deal especially compared to prices of some other companies. The service man Nick was very friendly. He even cleaned up my garage for me. He set up all our car trasmitters for us except for my car, which was in the shop. So Nick came back a couple days later and set up my car transmitter free of charge! I would definitely recommend Rapid Overhead.

Rapid Overhead Garage Door
We ordered a new carriage style garage door through Rapid Overhead Garage and overall, it was a great experience. There was a delay in getting the actual door, but John kept us updated throughout the process. The installation was seamless and we are now enjoying our beautiful carriage style garage door. I'd definitely recommend this company - John is very personable and you simply cannot beat the competitive pricing.

Rapid Overhead Garage Door
John replaced our broken spring six years ago so we called him when it needed to be replaced. He worked us in the very next day, was efficient, affordable and such a nice guy. The next day we had issues with the top panel bowing due to the spring tension. He came right out the next day, bolted a metal bar across the top to reinforce and viola, problem fixed. No charge!! How often does that happen? We'll call John when the whole shebang inevitably needs to be replaced.

I had John the owner come out to do a door trail rollers repair and an alignment job on the lowest panels due to a car crashing in the door. John did an awesome job, fixed the issue, sorted a few other things for free for me like re-installing the sensors and overall so impressed by his honesty and quality of work. A real gentleman.

Rapid Overhead Garage Door
Called these guys early Saturday after my garage spring and both cables snapped. Firstly I was nervous about how much it would cost. John, the owner answered and made the process super easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was and they were at my home within just a few hours of the call. The whole replacement took 30 minutes. Nick did the actual work and he was great. Replaced my opener bulb and checked on my second garage to make sure it wasn’t ready to break as well. Highly recommend. Thanks so much.

Update May 31 - Had a problem with my opener, John knew exactly the problem from how I described it over the phone and was over later that day with exactly the parts needed to take care of the issue. He was extremely fast, can and very thorough, even checking the door for any other issues before he left!John has always given us top-notch service!

had to call him for our broken spring and cable, he is very efficient and knows his job well. he has the parts that we needed that we couldn't find in home depot. fairly priced too and very flexible with his time. thanks John!
