I spoke to Brian, the owner, about an unusual sewer problem at a very old house in Port Alberni. I am so impressed with the service and the willingness to give advice and direction without an automatic charge attached. This gentleman is more concerned with being helpful than making money! How unusual is that? Long story short, problem resolved in part thanks to his free advice.
