Don and his team provided a really great service at very fair pricing. The work is done by experienced professionals, with a very high attention to detail and customer safety.I've had multiple cars serviced here, including my 2010 Audi A3, a 2008 Mercedes B200 Turbo, a 2009 Toyota Matricx, and a 2007 Honda Civic - all mechanical and electrical issues have been taken care of perfectly, without issue. Don explains each repair in detail makes sure the customer knows exactly what has been done to their vehicle, and how to maintain the car to avoid repeat repairs.

I've never met anyone so heartless and money hungry like the guy that runs this shop. Our car broke down next door to his mechanic shop at night time. Husband begged him just to come and take a look at the car since the car is literally 30 seconds walk from his shop. He offered no help and told my husband to come back in the morning. The car had to be abandoned overnight, in the morning we went back to this guy and he insisted we bring the car to his shop before he can even look at it. So after beging again for a rope or chain to move the car ourselves, since the car is so close to the shop, Don said there's walmart and shops around so we should go and buy a rope there. No help or whatsoever from this wicked guy, so we called a tow just to take the car from 246 to 250.The worse part of this is not even the fact that this guy at the shop refused to render help but the fact that he said he can fix the car, only to find out that he can't fix it and he went to hire someone else outside that charged $250 just to get the car started (problem still not fixed). On top of that he wanted to charge us $420 in total. He claimed that the extra money is for his own time even though he didn't fix anything and he just plugged a computer to the car and left it there for only God knows how long.He also said to come back in about an hour and a half, we came back 2 hours later and he still didn't get anything done, we had to leave the car at his shop for 2 nights. What was wrong with the car you might ask? The AdBlue sensor counted to 0, so it needed to be reset or deleted before the car can start. So tell me how just this took more than a day and $420 just to reset the code and not even to reprogram the sensor (I still have to take the car to Benz for reprogramming).This guy is a joke, I understand not helping someone even when you're capable of doing so but to run a shady business is a whole new level. He wanted to charge $85 per hour for 2 hours for his time, as if he had fixed the problem on his own. So basically he is charging $85 per hour just for diagnostics lol, even Benz is cheaper than him and they're professionals. We should've just taken the car to Benz to begin with but he said he could fix the problem and since the car was so close to his shop we gave him a chance, biggest mistake we ever made.I pray that no one goes through what we went through with this guy, wasting our time and money for no reason. He was even lucky we paid him $250 for the expensive guy he hired to come to just get the car started. If you ever end up at his shop, make sure he can actually fix the problem on his own, not calling someone else to come and do work for him just to charge you double the amount. Also make sure his per hour fee is for doing actual work and not just for diagnostics because then you'll be better off taking your car to the dealership.

Amazing experience good customer service

I do not recommend this repair shop! They are very unprofessional. They took over 5 hours for a simple break pad change, and were inconsistent with their price quotes (changed over 3 times). I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service for this poor excuse of a mechanic shop. DONT GO HERE
