Went to purchase some items during the store hours listed online and on their door. Door was locked. So I phoned and a worker answered. He said they don't follow the store hours listed. I told him I was from out of town and the short of it was he dismissed me and said he doesn't have the time to help me out even though he was looking g at me through the window.

Always satisfied when doing business with them. Whether be getting a service, parts or even asking a question/advice. Their knowledge, experience is vast and unmatched. Ex. one year I showed a 10 sec recorded vid on my phone showing my bike with a problem, and Gord was able to tell what was wrong right away. Also when having service done, it great to know they notice things that maybe a problem later on, preventative maintenance. I do like the suggestions very much.They maybe busy but that's a good thing. A business showing it has strong customer base with a great reputation. Truly the definition of Honest Mechanic" and have a loyal customer in me because of this.Keep up the great work and thanks!"

Called on a Monday and asked if they could look at my quad. The guy said they were too busy. He then spent the time to tell me about how busy they were. I told him I am glad they are busy and I said I am in no rush; I wanted to support local small business. He then told me to maybe check out a Suzuki shop. I was confused? I said you can take as much time as you need, I am in no rush. He then said they are too busy.

Guys working there are very friendly. They get the work done quickly and efficiently with reasonable costs. I've gone to them for repairs I didn't want to do myself, and have been satisfied each time.
