Aucune délicatesse et font des gestes brusques avec l’animal alors que c’est évident qu’il est paniqué et pas bien. Refusé, jamais j’enverrai mon animal avec eux.

I would highly recommend their services! I have a beautiful cat , a Persian chinchilla, who needs to be shaved yearly to avoid knots. For the past 8 years I was forced to have my cat sedated to get this done & at a high cost. This year due to the pandemic- the vet was no longer offering such services! For months, I followed up with the vet to see if they had resumed this service but to no avail! Accidentally I came across Tonte de Chat name on social media. I called & set up an appointment with in the same week! I warned them that my cat albeit feline perfection was a handful & others had tried to shave her but couldn’t without having her Being sedated. They assured me they knew what they were doing & they could manage even the most aggressive cat. They came ( that’s right they come to your house) at the scheduled time & shaved my Tallulah Belle! She isn’t doped up for half of the day & is beautiful & knot free! Thank you from both of us! See you next year!

Amazing experience my cat had a lot of knots and they did a fantastic job. They seem very caring and very professional. Also amazing that they come to ur home.

Both Suzanne and Judith were very professional and reliable . They did a wonderful job and made my mom at the age of 85 very happy , the cat was so well groomed . Very pleased with the service .

J’ai beaucoup aimé les soins de toilettage offerts par Mme Pelletier et son assistante. Mes chats sont mignons avec leur petite boucle et ils sentent bons (contrairement au parfum cheap habituel). Elles étaient ponctuelles et courtoises. Je suis satisfaite et j’ai déjà pris mon rendez-vous pour cet automne. Un gros merci de Mimine et Quenotte!

Deux dames exceptionnelles: elles ont tondus mes deux chats en moins d’une heure, à mon domicile, sans avoir à me déplacer ou « engourdir » mon chat peureux avec des pilules. Ma minette combattive à même passé sous leur habile tondeuse !Je les recommande, régulièrement pour les chats à poils long.

Vous êtes vraiment des femmes honnêtes et je vous remercie d'avoir rasé Sushi, ne sachant pas qu'elle était un ''monstre''! Soyez sans crainte, tout était revenu à la normale 5 minutes après le rasage. Merci d'avoir pris soin de notre Godzilla, elle est très belle avec sa petite boucle rose et sa coupe lion!
