I am so impressed by this clinic! I had my first visit this August for a hair laser removal. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the front desk reception is super professional and friendly. Upon entering, they immediately gave me a pair of clean slippers to wear. All the surfaces seem to have been extra sanitized, and they are careful about maintaining the current health standards.The receptionist explained the procedure really well before I went in. I noticed that they have all new, state-of the art equipment. They were also quick to answer any questions I had, and were very transparent about what they used. The whole process went smoothly and much better than similar clinics I’ve been to in the past. It’s been a few weeks now and I am still satisfied with the result. I will probably book another appointment in the future, and highly recommend this one to anyone who is interested in high-quality cosmetic treatment.

I had an amazing experience here. The overall environment was very clean and organized. The service rep who helped me was friendly and very professional, and gave me good advice. She explained the procedures well and was patient to answer my many questions. I appreciate that she did not up sale me on their products but made recommendations based on my skin condition and issues. I've booked another appointment to try the picoway treatment, will update on how it goes.

I absolutely LOVE this location. They provide affordable options for Botox which seems to be very hard in Vancouver.They are clean, professional, and friendly. My boyfriend and I both have attended and felt extremely comfortable and happy with results after.I will be back to this place :)

I had laser removal before at other places and it really hurt a lot. 67 degrees' machines for laser has extra cooling features, so even at sensitive areas it doesn't burn as much. Basically hurts less than waxing for sure!Both their consultation and technician staff is friendly, well-trained, the clinic is beautiful and you can tell they really care about sanitation- which is really important especially during COVID.My next appointment for laser is already booked, as well as my IPL facial. I'm super excited!!

This was my first experience in ever having any professional treatments done, and I am kicking myself for not doing it any sooner! I had the Dye VL treatment, to target my redness from the sun and acne, and I saw amazing results in even one session! The staff were super welcoming, knowledgable and professional, making me feel assured and comfortable. Any questions or concerns I had were acknowledged and answered. After the session, my skin felt more smooth, brighter and calm. Even after a day or so, I felt less of the need to grab concealer to hide my redness. I am looking forward to my next session!

I have done IPL with dydracial at this clinic, they are very professional and the environment is cozy and comfortable. I saw the great result right after the treatment, I felt great and will visit again in the future.

The sales rep was very patient and explained the different services very well. I like that they were not pushy and provided good advises. The doctor was also very nice and explained the whole process very well.Definitely recommend to those who want to do Botox or minor adjustments. I will go back for my next chin injections.

Terrible place , do not recommend to go , I went there spend over $1000 but Botox , my face frozen for couple months. They try to sell as much as possible Botox to you not considering how actual use . Doctors are not professionals at all. Waste your money.

I visited this place because of an article from one of our editors. Staff are knowledgeable and very nice , went in for some picoway consultation. A nurse ok site actually was able to provide me with valuable information. Examined my skin, gave me suggestions and explain to me about the process. I didn't make a purchase that day because I had to attend an event. But I will be back next week!! Huge thanks to the staff, super friendly !!

Brought my mom to this clinic for consultation, I have to say this place looks super unique. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, unlike other ones I have been to they don't try to hard sell you treatments and whatnot. Got my self some hair removal service, 300$ per session for entire back, no pain!! that's incredible.
